Designed by award winning architects Bayden Goddard, it's nestled in the quiet north estate at South Kingscliff beach village, where the only interruption to conversation is the rolling sound of the surf. The home is UNIQUELY designed to accommodate two families as it boasts dual living areas that allow you complete privacy whilst holidaying together. It's the perfect holiday home for family and friends to relax and unwind in all year round, with an array of leisure activities, The Salt Bar and Grill, restaurants, shops, and cafes all in walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

This stunning home is designed to maximize its beach side location. Its entire front opens to welcome in the sun and the surf, and the huge outdoor entertaining area provides the ideal venue to relax and enjoy the elements.

The home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, an office/study, a luxurious media room with projector and leather recliner chairs, an in ground pool, two separate kitchens, dining and living rooms, ocean breezes from the top floor, and an undercover, large entertainment deck thats equipped with a stainless steel BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Enjoy a family holiday with friends and family whilst still having your own separate fully equipped kitchen and living areas.

As you walk into the home you will be immediately impressed with the high ceilings in the entry lobby and the main living areas that allow natural air flow and lighting. The house is light and airy and completely opens up to the north bringing in the sunshine and hum of the waves.

This property is located in a residential area and Parties, Functions, Weddings and Schoolies are strictly prohibited.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed with ensuite. The spacious king size master bedroom and parents retreat has a large walk in wardrobe and day spa ensuite with a freestanding bath. It is pure luxury and tranquillity.

KITCHEN, ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS

Upstairs

All the living areas, including the kitchen, meals, dining and living room open directly onto the north facing entertainment terrace capturing the the ocean breeze.

An undercover BBQ, area with stainless steel BBQ and outdoor dining facilities, is designed for you to relax and enjoy the view. This area is north facing and is well protected from the elements so you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen has top of the range appliances and a dishwasher, gas cook top and stove, coffee machine and kitchen island bench with a separate walkin pantry.

The lounge room has a large flat screen digital TV with Ipod docking system and

BluRay player and can be viewed from all areas of the living, dining, lounge and outdoor terrace. Great for the special sports enthusiast who wants to enjoy the outdoors as well!

Upstairs also features an office or study area, completely equipped with desks, television and a library. It can be fully sealed off from the house, as the sliding doors converge to create complete privacy.

Downstairs

The downstairs area is open and roomy, with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area faces out onto a north facing deck and the inground pool. The kitchen faces out towards a private courtyard and leads to the backyard.

Downstairs also boasts the first class movie room. Enjoy the movies in leather recliner armchairs in the magnificent media room that has an overhead projector with surround sound system, Ipod docking system and DVD player. This room can be closed off and is sound proof.

Whether you want to enjoy the company of all your guests or spend some quite time with your family, you have the option to open or close off the bottom level. It is ideal for two families, grandparents, or families with adult children.
