Good but could be better

Good to have two bedrooms, beds were very comfortable, shower was very good but bathroom, kitchen and living area a little small. Not helped by some of the furniture choices. Suggest you get rid of cow hide rug and plastic plants and all the nick-knacks. Didn't like the second-hand slippers that we were expected to wear. Would rather had table and chairs on the balcony rather than cleaning gear. Smaller lamps in the bedroom, also the light fitting in kitchen/living area was too big and too low.

Owner's Response: Dear Gayle and Steve, Thank you for your feedback, though of course the photos show it all including the sizing, furniture and the cow hide rug you didn't like but you still applied. Some homes have nick-knacks and many there isn't though more than none would be an issue for you. The request is NOT to wear your shoes in the Apartment but it was evident you did and the Slippers are there if wanted NO request for you to use them. The Slippers are Washed after every Guest (unlike your shoes) just like the Linen, Towels etc which I guess you would also call them second hand. Looks like your list just goes on... though this does not surprise us based on your replies when we phoned you "Yes we have arrived" and "Yes we are leaving" Compassion and Kindness you have NOT. We have received many 5 Star reviews on a number of Web Pages... and yes we have many repeat Guests...

Excellent Apartment

We recently stayed for 11 nights in this apartment and it was perfect for what we needed. Clean. Well appointed with everything we needed for a longer stay - kitchen, washing machine and super comfortable beds. The communal areas in the complex are a real bonus as were the lovely big windows which take in the view. We loved watching hot air balloons sail past and land of a morning - a real highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this property and Maria is lovely to deal with.

Everthing and More

This apartment was fabulous. It was in immaculate. condition.I love the location right on Toorak Rd near everything.Transport is very close,trams nearby. .A quick walk from the train station. Communication with the owner Maria was excellent. She was so nice and helpful.The bond was returned swiftly.Would not hesitate to say this apartment is top class.
