Situated just ten kilometres from Melbourne city centre ( a 20 minute rail journey from the station across the road ), Chadstone Walk Apartment epitomises the upmarket five star accommodation travellers have come to expect. If shopping is your thing, world famous Chadstone the Fashion Capital is a ten minute walk away. Caulfield Racecourse and Monash University are just two train stops away whilst Oakleigh, with it's multicultural Greek heritage is two stops the other way. And getting to the Australian Open, Boxing Day Test Match, AFL and the Australian Grand Prix couldn't be easier.

At the top of a short flight of stairs ,protected by a security gate with camera and intercom, is a spacious two bedroom idyll suitable for couples or families up to four people. In 2013 the apartment was completely renovated and refurbished with designer furniture including two leather couches, coffee table and a beautiful dining setting.

The lounge features a 50inch Panasonic TV and Blu-ray DVD, including FOXTEL.

Both bedrooms also have a wall-mounted 32inch TV, top class comfortable mattresses and crisp hotel quality linen. The main bedroom has a KING bed which can be converted to twin beds whilst the second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, suiting in total, two couples or one couple and two singles.

In the kitchen, the gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and full sized fridge/freezer are all BOSCH appliances, while the Euro Laundry is fully equipped with iron and board and Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom sparkles with a walk-in shower and you are pampered with Egyptian cotton bath towels.

The apartment has ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout.

Of course, your new home is smoke and pet free, thereby assuring you of a fresh "at home" feeling with lots of natural light when you open the door, while at your doorstep are many shops including a post office, bank, bakery, supermarket and various eateries. Everything you need, and more, is at your door !

Light, bright, immaculate and roomy

Arleen was extremely welcoming and informative about the area. The apartment itself had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay, and was crisp and clean. The ducted heating was fabulous (and necessary in Melbourne!!). The location was fantastic for us - supermarket downstairs, train at the doorstep, parks and the huge Chadstone shopping centre a short walk away. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Ideal location, has all the appliances and equipment if any home, there is a food mart next door, a lovely bakery for your breakfast needs and the station across the road. Chadstone shopping centre only five minutes away. Perfect location and very comfortable .

Xlent accomodation

Fantastic place 2 stay, everything you could need. There r stairs but very easy 2 stop 4 a break if needed. Very secure. The local shops have lots of variety and a small supermarket is right next door. A short walk and you are up in the main st with lots of eating options but only if you eat earlyish. over the rd the upgrade for the railway has begun, this means lots of noise and traffic HOWEVER most of the noise is very reduced because of the double glazing installed. Have a joke with the workmen on the railway project, great sense of humour and they enjoy the chat, there job can b very tedious. We will return.

Excellent property

The unit is beautifully decorated with all modern comforts. Its above the shops on its own and across the from train station. The Chadstone shopping center is 5 min away. The owners are lovely people who care that their guests are as comfortable as possible. Everything was provided and I am definitely staying here again and I highly recommend this place.

Great appartment

This was a very nice apartment, it was spotlessly clean and a very good size for a family of 4. Situated in great location near train station and short drive to loads of shopping in Chadstone. It is only a short 20 minute train ride into the city. The only slight negative was the railway level crossing nearby with the warning bells getting a bit annoying even with the double windows closed. The good news is the crossing is in the process of being removed. I would highly recommend this property.
