The apartment is uniquely located a very short distance from everything the city has to offer. It is situated between spectacular Kings Park and the picturesque Swan River. City centre shopping and the business district are less than ten minutes walk away along a shaded path, the convention centre is opposite the apartment building (five minutes walk). Mount Hospital is two minutes walk away and Elizabeth Quay is less than ten minutes walk away.
We make every effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and ALL linen is freshly washed for your arrival. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
The apartment is secure and quiet and can comfortably accommodate two adults and 1-3 children (depending on age) or third and fourth adult with an optional fold out sofa bed. It is fully furnished and fully self contained with everything provided to make your stay a comfortable one. The apartment is quiet, light and airy, away from the road and overlooks the tennis court.

The apartment is located less than ten minutes walk from the city centre.
The convention centre is host to numerous shows and events and a five minute walk away. Just behind is Kings Park and in front is the picturesque Swan River.
High street shopping is right down the road and there are plenty of theatres and restaurants nearby.
For those travelling for business, the city business centre is a 5 minute walk, West Perth, East Perth and North Perth are a short, free bus ride away.
Attractions within walking distance include Kings Park botanical gardens, restaurant and art gallery, the Bell Tower, Rottnest Island Ferries, The Perth Mint, His Majesty’s Theatre, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth Zoo (take the ferry) and a great selection of restaurants and fashionable bars. Northbridge entertainment and restaurant area is within walking distance (or take the free CAT bus).
Further afield is Fremantle (20 minutes drive), the Swan Valley Wine Region (30 minutes drive), numerous beautiful beaches (15-30 minutes drive), The Perth Hills (30 minutes drive), Hillarys Boat Harbour (25 minutes drive).
