Lovely family home set over three levels overlooking Sydney Harbour. Perfect for large families. Views of the Heads and North Harbour from 2 levels. Ideal for watching the start of the iconic Sydney to Hobart Yacht race and the Manly NYE fireworks. Minutes walk from local beaches, world famous Manly Beach, shopping, transport and everything that Sydney has to offer.

About Fairlight

Fairlight is less than 1km from the iconic suburb of Manly. Once described as being "seven miles from Sydney and a thousand miles from care" (a quote penned by the Port Jackson and Manly Steamship Company to attract tourists but still as relevant today as it was 100+ years ago!).

The Manly area is a fantastic place to base yourself for a stay in Sydney. It is one of the most popular seaside destinations in Sydney with a cosmopolitan and relaxed vibe full of cafes and exciting activities including surfing, swimming, kayaking, tennis, golf, beach volleyball, roller blading, scenic and historical walks, art, parasailing, scuba diving, fishing, dining and so much more.

Manly is connected to the City by a great bus service but we would always recommend visitors to catch the Manly to Sydney ferry. It is one of the best 30 minute ferry trips you will ever take and is a not to be missed experience.

* 300m to Fairlight Beach (snorkelling, swimming, pool, scuba diving, kayaking)

* 10 min walk to shopping centre (Stockland Mall), shops and restaurants

* 15 min walk (or 5 min cycle) to Manly (ferry to City takes 30 minutes)

* 5 min drive to large shopping centre (Westfield Warringah Mall)

* 100m to the Manly to Spit Bridge walking track

* Cycle path at door (safe for kids with no cycling on roads)

* Bus stop at door (bus to Manly and Westfield Warringah Mall)

* 30 min drive to the City

* Free local bus 5 min walk away

Please note that parking is on street only and you may have to park a couple of minutes walk away from the house at really busy times (we rarely use our car so it is never an issue for us!).
