Our modern beach house has all the amenities you need for a family holiday or getaway with friends. All the rooms have dramatic views over King George Sound. It's just a 150m walk to a beach with the whitest sand and beautiful turquoise water.

For the cook:
There is a well equipped kitchen fitted with Miele dish washer, cooktop and oven. We have a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, rice cooker, blender, wok and a full range of pots and pans. We supply a full setting of cutlery and crockery for 10 guests and a large supply of glassware.
The house has reverse cycle air conditioning.
There are 3 main bedrooms with queen sized beds, 3 bathrooms/ensuites, a powder room, 2 decks, a study, kitchen, lounge/dining, a tower room and double lock up garage. All of the major rooms have views over King George Sound and beyond.
The house is on 3 levels. A booking for up to 5 guests will automatically have access to Levels 1 and 2 of the house (2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 singles).
If you wish to have access to the entire house (Levels 1, 2 and 3) you will need to book for 6 guests. This gives you 3 bedrooms containing 3 queen sized beds and 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the studio on the 3rd level. This can be made up if you request it.
No pets please and no smoking.
The house is not suitable for children under 5 as there are stairs and high decks.
