Downstairs includes one king bedroom with original Victorian fireplace and a second bedroom with two single beds (can be made into king on request). The master bedroom upstairs has a split king bed (can be made into 2 singles upon request) and opens on to a balcony. A second bedroom upstairs has a king bed. Both upstairs and downstairs have full-sized Italian marble bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom features a duel-headed shower. The downstairs bathroom includes an in-floor spa bath.

The spacious open plan living area has folding doors opening into the courtyard terrace, which has an inbuilt gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and secure car park space (accessible through rear lane). The lounge room features an Italian leather sofa & armchairs, as well as an expandable kitchen table suitable for up to 8 guests.
