Awesome home away from home

  • 5 of 5

This property had everything you need and more for a short or long stay.

Jayne was more than accommodating, even provided next morning supplies.

Highly recommend this property for families.

Over all, fantastic property and host away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city.

Loved our stay in Butler!

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay at this property! It had everything we needed, like a home away from home. There were bickies & tea/coffee for our arrival & even bread, milk, butter & jam for breakfast on our first morning :) The house was very clean & spacious, the kids loved it and so did the dog. Thank-you for such a great affordable place to stay.

Please come again when you're next in Perth. You will be most welcome. Thanks. Jayne

Very Comfortable, Very Affordable

  • 5 of 5

The house was amazing, very large, everything you could ever want, Owner was lovely to talk to and even going as far as placing a carton of milk in the fridge for us on arrival. Close to the train station and Coles. The only negative was that there were no blankets and it got quiet cold late at night and maybe a small TV was required for the seating area in the family room. Otherwise amazing house. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Perth.

Owner's Response: Thank you Wayne for your feedback on my house. I'm pleased you were happy with the accommodation and it met all your needs. I apologise for not having a notice on where to find the blankets. I will ensure others know where they are kept. I have already organised for a television to be put in the family room and also a small BBQ outside. I appreciate any feedback that will help me improve the comfort of the house. You are very welcome to return when you are next in Perth.

Home From Home - And Then Some!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful, comfortable and spacious house! Everything was outstanding right up to tea, coffee and milk available when we arrived after a very long journey. The location is quiet, yet central to any and all amenities that we required. The house and garden were peaceful and private and staying here for 10 days was one of the highlights of our trip.

We will definitely be back in the not too distant future, thank you for allowing us the use of your lovely home.

Owner's Response: Thank you Douglas I appreciate your comments. It certainly was a long trip for you and your family and I'm pleased you found my house to be a place of relaxation. Butler is indeed close to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants and within easy reach of public transport and places of interest. I try to provide essentials and am prepared to do shopping prior to arrival if required. I know I would appreciate a cuppa after such a long journey. I look forward to your return visit.
