Sleeping up to 6 our apartment is situated across the road from Southbank Shopping and Restaurant Complex, Eureka Tower and the Langham Hotel - virtually next door to the Arts Centre, Ballet School and the Concert Hall, 1 minute walk from the Promenade and 5 minutes walk from the CBD.

Walk to most of Melbourne's wonderful attractions, take a free iconic Melbourne tram around the CBD or use the Myki cards we supply to use the tram and train system (no charge for the cards, you just pay for any trips)

The office/study is fully set up with a desk with laptop, printer, free WIFI, multi device charger, free local, national and to mobile phone calls, etc.

Study (3rd bedroom, private area but not enclosed)

The office/study is away to the side and quite private (please see floor plan in pictures).

Amazing fold-down set-up with full sized - super comfortable double bed

Extras:

Cot, cot linen and high chair are complimentary - just ask us to leave them out.

Lounge Area

The lounge has two leather sofas, a bucket chair with reading light, LCD TV, DVD and CD.

Dining area has a table which seats 6.

Outdoor Areas

Off the lounge are two sunny balconies - one with a Weber BBQ and both with city views - the west showcasing the sunsets and towards the east to the river and parks.

General

Reverse cycle heating and cooling together with ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure your year round comfort.

Kitchen

Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home incl. an espresso coffee (and latte) machine, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, full size fridge and freezer and a dishwasher.

You will also find all the condiments you would need to start cooking immediately.

Laundry

The separate laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer and all associated items including eco friendly detergents.

Building Facilities

There is an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym in the building and pool towels are supplied in the apartment.

Myki (travel) cards are supplied at no charge - just top them up as you need.
