Many of our guests are holiday makers, extended families visiting local families, travelers, sporting enthusiasts competing at Chandler Sporting Complex, renovators who need to spend a little time away from the dust and dirt, families in between properties, professionals relocating or working/training in and around Brisbane.

Brisbane's' best attractions are only 5km's away. Camp Hill is a very central, safe and family orientated location. If you are interested in historical Queensland style houses there is no shortage. It's fantastic to take an evening walk to check out the surroundings. You are only a short walk to Martha street cafes, restaurants and gift stores.

Chill is located on the main thoroughfare heading directly towards "The Gabba Cricket Ground", Mater Hospital, Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, South Bank and downtown Brisbane City, with public transport right outside your door. In the opposite direction it is easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Brisbane Airport or heading to either the Gold Coast and theme parks to the South or Sunshine Coast and Australia Zoo to the north.

It's a super easy, door to door, single bus journey (Route 204) into Brisbane City, Sourthbank and Fortitude Valley Precinct. Or in the opposite direction is the HUGE Westfield Carindale Shopping Mecca.

If Chill is booked out during your dates or you need more room, please check out her sisters not far away in Hawthorne (only 2 suburbs away). Little sister is a cute 2Brm+ Cottage called Hawthorne on the Park (ID 155073) or there's middle sister Bella Bulimba (ID 178218).

B1: 1 x Queen Pillow top bed. The room is large enough to fit the portable cot in the room or you can safely use the walk in robe/dressing room as the babies room.

B3: 1 x Double Pillow top bed

Sunroom: 1 x Single (not private from rest of house) however it is a very light bed and could easily be moved into the main bedroom.

NOTE: We (the owners) DO NOT live at the property, however from approx 8:30AM - 5PM WEEKDAYS ONLY, we have a small business office (Crystal IT) located in the downstairs of the property. It is completely separate, unsigned and has its own entrance, as we are in IT most of our work takes place out "onsite" so we won't bother you at all. However as an added bonus if you have any IT issues we can help.
