Many of our guests are holiday makers, extended families visiting local families, travelers, sporting enthusiasts competing at Chandler Sporting Complex, renovators who need to spend a little time away from the dust and dirt, families in between properties, professionals relocating or working/training in and around Brisbane.

Brisbane's' best attractions are only 5km's away. Camp Hill is a very central, safe and family orientated location. If you are interested in historical Queensland style houses there is no shortage. It's fantastic to take an evening walk to check out the surroundings. You are only a short walk to Martha street cafes, restaurants and gift stores.

Chill is located on the main thoroughfare heading directly towards "The Gabba Cricket Ground", Mater Hospital, Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, South Bank and downtown Brisbane City, with public transport right outside your door. In the opposite direction it is easy access to the Gateway M1 Motorway, Brisbane Airport or heading to either the Gold Coast and theme parks to the South or Sunshine Coast and Australia Zoo to the north.

It's a super easy, door to door, single bus journey (Route 204) into Brisbane City, Sourthbank and Fortitude Valley Precinct. Or in the opposite direction is the HUGE Westfield Carindale Shopping Mecca.

3 Bdrm, federation style, tastefully furnished home.

We have off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (access via Pinecroft Street).

The new kitchen and large covered outdoor deck are an entertainers delight and include and family size pantry and fridge.

This house has loads of space to relax with the family

NOTE: Well behaved pets will be considered, however they will need to be discussed and approved by the owner to ensure they will be safe and happy during their stay.


We are only available for 2 night stays during the weekdays Sun-Thurs or to fill last minute gaps in bookings. If you require either a Friday or Saturday the minimum is a 3 night stay.

If Chill is booked out during your dates or you need more room, please check out her sisters not far away in Hawthorne (only 2 suburbs away). Little sister is a cute 2Brm+ Cottage called Hawthorne on the Park (ID 155073) or there's middle sister Bella Bulimba (ID 178218).

FREE Fast Wifi - to keep the kids (and adults) entertained.

FREE use of portable cot, high chair and baby bath (you will need to request these items if needed).

NEW, fully equipped kitchen (an absolute dream to cook in) has a servery window straight out onto the deck.

GAS cook top, electric oven and range-hood. Guest quote "I have stayed in many places, your kitchen setup is the best I have experienced".

THE kitchen is stocked with a few basics to get you started; cooking oil, salt/pepper, sugar, tea, dishwasher powder and dish washing liquid.

NESPRESSO Coffee machine with some pods supplied.

Rice cooker, Juicer, Sandwich press, Slow cooker, Electric fry pan and baking trays.

Miele Dishwasher.

AIR CONDITIONING: Large reverse cycle unit in the lounge/dining/kitchen plus individual cooling units in B1 and B3.

ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans.

NEW Bathroom.

Polished timber floors throughout.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer - washing detergent supplied.

Sun room/study/playroom is equipped with a board games, books and a computer for your use.

COMFORTABLE BEDS. Double and Queen are pillow tops.

All linen is provided.

Main bedroom has a walk in robe, could double as a babies room.

46" Panasonic Plasma TV and DVD player.

LARGE covered entertaining deck with BBQ and daybed - this has a baby gate to ensure peace of mind with toddlers and pets.

OFF STREET parking big enough for 3 vehicles.

EASY ACCESS - No wrangling suitcases upstairs.

Bedding configuration - all linen provided

B1: 1 x Queen Pillow top bed. The room is large enough to fit the portable cot in the room or you can safely use the walk in robe/dressing room as the babies room.

B2: 2 x Single beds

B3: 1 x Double Pillow top bed

Sunroom: 1 x Single (not private from rest of house) however it is a very light bed and could easily be moved into the main bedroom.

NOTE: We (the owners) DO NOT live at the property, however from approx 8:30AM - 5PM WEEKDAYS ONLY, we have a small business office (Crystal IT) located in the downstairs of the property. It is completely separate, unsigned and has its own entrance, as we are in IT most of our work takes place out "onsite" so we won't bother you at all. However as an added bonus if you have any IT issues we can help.



We are an easy 20 min drive from Brisbane airport.

7 min to Westfield Carindale shopping centre

5 min to "The Gabba" cricket and AFL.

9 min to Sleeman Sports Complex, Chandler

9 min to Oxford Street, Bulimba Village - cinemas, restaurants and cafes.

10 min to Southbank markets, restaurants, cafes, bbqs, swimming lagoons and childrens play grounds. Also located at Southbank is QPAC, The Lyric Theatre and GOMA.

15 min to Brisbane City centre, Treasury Casino, Fortitude Valley and New Farm.

5 min to Princess Alexander Hospital

7 min to Greenslopes Hospital

9 min to Mater Hospital and Lady Cilento Childrens Hospital

Convenient Location Great Amenities

Chill is well located close to a great antique shop and nice cafes. Very close to Carindale Shopping Centre. The house is very thoughtfully and well set up. Back deck is very relaxing and picks up a great evening breeze also nice for breakfast in the morning. Great off Street parking. Hosts are very friendly and good communicators. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well laid out

could not make it to the booking because of a death in the was then booked to someone else for 4 days or so days.. but no refund for us..I would call that double dipping

Owner's Response: Hi there Anthony/Mark? I am very sorry for your loss. I am not sure what has happened here.....I did receive a cancelled booking notification through the Stayz system, however I was not given a reason why and I never received a phone call from you to request a refund. As per the booking policy you do forfeit your deposit on cancellation. However if I had been made aware of the situation, I would definitely have issued a refund under these circumstances. I have done this quite a few times before and I am not interested in "double dipping" what so ever. I am saddened that you didn't think to call and that you have chosen to lash out and review my property poorly based on assumptions of my bad character (even though you have never seen it nor spoken with me).

We had the pleasure of staying at Chill Camp Hill over the weekend. Location was great for us within a short drive to shops city etc The House had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Brisbane.
