Tucked away in a quiet, hidden street off the main drag, the location affords you serenity and accessibility.
Amble to convenient cafes, restaurants and the local shopping centre, all within walking distance. Warriewood Cinemas a 5 min walk. The bus to the CBD or world famous Manly is at your doorstop, or head north to any number of other beaches until you reach "Home & Away's" Palm Beach.
Take advantage of the many coastal or wetland walks where you can experience hours of environmental appreciation.
Picturesque Pittwater, with its many waterways & National Parks, is a short drive and a must for any visit to Sydney.

The open plan design of the house ensures everyone can take advantage of the spectacular views visible from nearly every room in the house. The Miele & Ilive appliances, a granite island bench and a collection of modern kitchen accessories, ensures food preparation is anything but dull. You also have a choice to use the 4 burner BBQ on the deck
There is a large flat screen, all surround TV in the main loungeroom, and an even larger second TV in the downstairs area and the main bedroom has a flatscreen TV/DVD.
There are 4 large bedrooms comprising of 3 queen & 1 double bed, the main bedroom has a completely new ensuite, it will delight everyone. There is the option of having 2 single beds (one is a pull-out single sofa suitable for a child). There is a single couch/bed as well as the downstairs lounge capable of being used as a bed.
The main bathroom has recently been renovated and the 3rd bathroom downstairs was rennovated just months ago.
A cupboard full of games & puzzles for all ages. Linen provided.
The custom made bar offers an area for hours of entertaining.
With extensive floor to ceiling windows & glass doors the house has been designed to capture the full serviceability of natural light. The position of the eaves and roofline also ensures the house is environmentally friendly. The inviting north facing welcome area, a delight for lazy Sunday breakfasts, opens up to allow through ventilation and cool summer breezes to flow through the house out to the back deck area.

The exquisite, fully fenced inground pool offers hours of entertainment for everyone, be it kids splashing under the cascading waterfall or someone lounging under a poolside umbrella.
There are a number of sitting areas around the house to enable everyone to enjoy some quiet time. Plenty of offstreet parking is available.
By far the most impressive feature to "The Resort", apart from its perfect location, is its magnificent outlook. As soon as you approach the front door you experience that elusive "WOW" factor as your attention is drawn through the glass doors, out to the back deck & then continues further afield over the extensive sports & park grounds, the Narrabeen caravan park and to the ocean glimpses of Narrabeen & Collaroy Beaches. You are then drawn to the view of the city skyline. The night sky then provides you with an eclectic extravaganza, all in the privacy of your own "Resort".
