You would have a difficult time finding a better location in Brisbane! Stroll in any direction & you will discover cafes galore, boutique shopping, quaint gift stores, parks & movie theatres. This inner city, riverside precinct is a place where locals and tourists want to be.

Easy Living Bulimba is a very comfortable fully air conditioned 2/3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home that can sleep up to 7 people (plus a baby), with a gorgeous fully fenced private garden for children and adults to play in.

** WHEN COMPARING PROPERTIES, PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM, INCLUDING ALL BEDROOMS, MOSQUITO & SECURITY SCREENS AND HAS 2 FULL BATHROOMS PLUS A SEPARATE 3RD TOILET

At the entry level, is the luxuriously equipped lounge room including large flat screen SMART TV which allows internet streaming and complimentary NETFLIX, a Sony Playstation 3 with games and a stereo system, a dining room, kitchen, laundry, 3rd toilet, and a large sitting room with 2 comfortable sofa beds and built in robes which makes a lovely 3rd bedroom if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook to your heart's content and includes all that you need or want including a dishwasher and a NESPRESSO Coffee Machine! (A starter selection of some basics are also supplied including: Paper Towels, Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Cubes, Salt & Pepper, Cooking Oil, Sugar, Coffee & Tea and Washing Powder.)

This entry level living flows out into the private fully fenced garden which has outdoor seating, a barbecue, a toddlers wading pool and grass for the children (and adults) to enjoy.

Upstairs is the main, queen size bedroom with ensuite and flat screen TV. The second bedroom is fitted with a unique bunk bed consisting of a double bed and a single bed above it. There is also a second spacious bathroom upstairs that includes a bath and shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

All of the windows and doors at Easy Living Bulimba have security and Mosquito Screens to ensure your maximum comfort during your stay.

Easy Living Bulimba has complimentary internet & local & national telephone calls, off street parking as well as a portable cot and high chair if required.
