Angas 177 is situated on the ground floor of the Regent apartment building in the quiet East end of Adelaide city. This modern 2 bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and funky new furniture throughout.

The apartment is self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge room and separate dining.

Main bedroom has queen built in robes and a wall mounted TV. Second bedroom 2 singles which can be converted to king if required. A fold out bed can be provided should there be a 5th person. All quality linen supplied at no extra cost.

Large bathroom with separate bath. Laundry has washer drier, ironing facilities.

Electric classic roller shutters are installed on both front entrances which allows for total block out, noise proofing and security. Security screens installed on all other windows.

Free secure parking for one vehicle.

Angas 177 is ideal for short or long term stays, holidays, family or corporate bookings.

The apartment is privately owned and operated offering guests a clean and comfortable home away from home.

Location

Angas 177 is in an absolutely fantastic location! Situated in the cosmopolitan East end, the apartment is walking distance to all of the inner city attractions and easy access to public transport for those who wish to explore the surrounding regions of this unique state.

The apartment is perfectly positioned and a short walk to the fabulous Central Markets, culinary delights of Gouger St and China Town along with cultural and sporting venues.

The business district of the CBD, universities and Adelaide’s exciting shopping precinct are also within walking distance.

Heading in the opposite direction are Adelaide's beautiful parklands walking and riding tracks throughout and a wonderful spot to unwind and relax. Also just around the corner from Hutt St which is renowned for its divine cafes, restaurants and bars.

For those who aren't to keen on walking Adelaide offers a free city loop bus which meanders its way around the city.

Secure, great location, very clean, well appointed. Absolute value for money for a family.

The unit is very clean with a modern decor and as such, a pleasure to be in. It is well appointed from the calibre of the appliances available for use, utensils available in the kitchenette and cleaning product provided. The beds were comfortable. We booked in winter and were away during most of the day so did not need to open the blinds so was glad that we did not have to navigate the instruction of how to operate them. If you are tall, the shower, couches and bed lengths may be challenging. If you do not have a small car, the parking, with availability for off street parking an asset to this property, is a bigger challenge. Reversing into it is the easiest way to park, however I did have to climb over the passenger seat once to get out!.The Earl of Aberdeen around the corner is well worth a visit for a meal and the Coopers beer will not disappoint. The unit is within walking distance of a small supermarket and other eateries such as Chianti on Hutt Street, which is amazing and a must do for breakfast.

Weekend away in Adelaide

The 2 bedroom unit is very clean and tidy.

It is well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils.

It's a short stroll to Adelaide markets, great hotels and coffee shops.

Joanne was very accommodating and kept in contact throughout our stay.

Good unit subject to architecture and design...

The main thing here is a design issue. There is a lack of through breeze and a sense of stuffiness as a result. The unit itself is good, although the front bedroom is close to the street and people walk past talking into the early hours. Also, a personal dislike is aluminium security doors which clang and the blind arrangements really don't work the way they are. Quite a tangle. But don't get me wrong, the unit is good for a stay with the Hotel round the corner on Pultney which has great beer, good pub food and big screen AFL.

Owner's Response: Thanks you for the review Robert, they are always valued and help to improve our service provided. I The apartment has front and rear door, big window in second bedroom and full sliding door in main bedroom. All fitted with security screens. this does allows for plenty of fresh air through the apartment. Admittedly the bathroom and laundry have no window but as they have adjoining walls this is not possible. Staying in the heart of the city can be a bit noisy however the owner has just installed classic roller shutters on both front entrances for security and noise. Total block out and noise proof now. Confused about your comments on the aluminium doors they are security doors and only clang if you don't shut them properly! Blinds were newly installed and simple but modern care needs to be taken when operating the ones on the doors, pretty standard. The design of apartments can always be questioned especially with older apartments and really is you personal opinion. I feel the apartment is presented impeccably and offers guest a comfortable clean stay, with everything they need, in a fantastic area of the city.
