The elevated ocean view house sits just metres above the access pathway to the dog-friendly northern section of beautiful Sunshine Beach just across the road. Surf, sand, and walks around the stunning Noosa National Park headland are mere minutes away. No need to even get in your car!

A screen of native vegetation wrapping the curve of the terrace affords privacy for the front lawn area. The garden level entry has an open lounge, large bathroom, and two side by side bedrooms. Side access leads to the attached laundry and enclosed, covered storeroom surrounded by the fully-fenced back yard.

Internal stairs climb to an upper level with timber floors and an open deck lining the south and eastern elevations, catching the breezes. Take in ocean views from the upstairs main bedroom, kitchen, living and dining areas. A second bedroom and large bathroom with bath complete the upstairs floor plan.

The property is only a short walk to the town centre with its shops, convenience store, bottle shop, restaurants and cafes. Leave the cars behind on the property's two open car parks.

Great, well located and well equipped beach house

Close to beach access (and not down a big flight of steps) this well equipped beach house has all you need from throw rugs if the weather turns nippy to fans and air con upstairs and beach umbrella and boogie boards. Pet friendly with a secure back yard plus lock up area (great for our kayak). Free internet, Foxtel (upstairs), 2 lounge areas with TVs and DVDs, and a kitchen with all the usual appliances plus a great deck. Enjoy views of the sea sitting propped up in the very comfy upstairs queen bed over morning coffee or sunset drinks sitting at the bar on the deck. Well located being in walking distance down the hill to the shops and surf club or up the hill into the national park and for those with dogs, at the doggy end of Sunshine beach. Managed by a Real Estate agency, all correspondence was prompt and they were helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

This house had everything we, and our spoodle, needed, plus some more. And the location, two minutes walk from the off leash dog section of the beach, was ideal.
