Delightful Townhouse with Balcony between the River and the Beach, offering 3 bedrooms, all bedrooms are upstairs. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opening onto beautiful private courtyard, with gas barbecue. Also with under-cover parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car and one small parked behind each other. (extra bays in nearby shopping centre). The complex has a security gate with remote-control provided, making it very safe. Is a very quiet area anyway.

250 metres to train station and major arterial route, Stirling Highway. 50 metres to local shopping centre.

Reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs and downstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven; Kettle, Toaster and Filter coffee machine; Rice Cooker. Also has Fridge and Freezer.. Lounge room has a 3 +2 seater leather lounge suite; 42 inch LCD television and Blue Ray player, with large selection of DVD suitable for all ages

Bedrooms: Master with King-sized bed, large built-in robe with full length mirrored sliding doors and ensuite bathroom, balcony with table and two chairs; 2nd bedroom has a single bed, with built in robe, plus desk, and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, with built in robes.

Bathrooms: one upstairs, with Hair Dryer and one downstairs. Two toilets. The toilet upstairs is separate from the Bathroom. Bathroom down stairs has another toilet incorporates the laundry which has a Bosch front loader washing machine and dryer. Also ironing board and steam iron, with distilled water supplied

Outdoor private courtyard with setting for 5 and a Gas Barbecue. ..

Local shopping centre has Coles supermarket, Bakers Delight Bakery, Butcher, Chemist(pharmacy) Doctors Surgery, Newsagent, Post Office, ATM's, Pizza/Kebab fast food, Hair Salon, Green Grocer, Dry Cleaners, Café/Delicatessen, Hair Dresser, a Gift Shop and a home made cake and biscuit shop


Nearby (within walking distance): Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Italian restaurant, Subway, Pizza Hut, Jesters' pies, Red Rooster, & a Liquor Shop.

150 metres to Camelot Outdoor Cinema. Operates from November to April. Opposite is a take away food called Wok-Box with yummy food

5 to 7 minutes walk to Swan River.

950 metres to beach. Close to Stirling Highway, Bus and Train Station. Giving easy access to Fremantle and the City of Perth. Train takes 10 minutes to Fremantle about 20 minutes to the city. Discount on stays longer than 7 nights and even bigger discount if you stay 28 days or more in other words the longer you stay the cheaper per night.

Sleeps a total of 5 adults prices quoted are for 4. Fifth person is an extra $20.per night However there is a cot for under two years of age at no extra cost. and a gate for the bottom of stairs

Outstanding Accommodation!

leMy sister and I spent a week in March at Heather Belles townhouse and couldn't have had better accommodation. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. The townhouse was extremely comfortable, private and had everything you needed. The location was brilliant as well, very close to shops and special locations around Perth.

Just Perfect

A fantastic property in a great location. Just what we were after. It is vey close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the river and public transport. It had everything we needed.

Great Property

My 2 friends and I really enjoyed our stay in early February. The property was nice and clean and the 2nd bathroom in the laundry meant we had a bathroom each. The location was perfect (very quiet). Close to the train, river, beach and Fremantle. Shops 2 minutes around the corner. I recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in this area. Heather the owner was very friendly. Thanks Heather we will definitely come again on our regular visits to Perth.

Great townhouse in lovely area.

We enjoyed our time at Heather Belles. The townhouse is gated and secure and the location is in a lovely suburb with lots of trees and within walking distance to the sea and the river. Shopping centre is very close and has a Coles supermarket.There are also some nice restaurants within walking distance. Thanks Heather
