About Hally Jones
Greetings from Ayesha House! I am Hally. I am originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but have been calling Perth my home in the last 21 years. I am married to this georgous guy whom I first met in Bali, Indonesia. Philip is originally from Auckland, New Zealand but has been living in Perth half of his life! We have two beautiful teenage girls. Coming from a multi-racial country, I have always been fascinated with the whole world out there since I was child. It is my dream to venture out around the globe, to the different countries, the nature, the people, beliefs and cultures, everything. Exploring and enjoying the nature beauty of every country, the trails of the off-beaten paths, seeking knowledge from the locals, understanding the contrasts and making new friends along the way. Thankfully, my life has been fulfilled with paths leading towards the way I wanted it to be, in education, my career and life as a whole. Now, as a full-time housewife and a mother, I feel that by opening our home, my family and I have become a part of a global community in supporting world harmony by connecting lives and sharing cultures. Short-term rental or homestays is also another platform to transform the lives of each of us. Sharing our home with guests from all over the world, be it families or individuals, wether we realise it or not, we share a commitment to live in a peaceful world by building international understanding through helping each other from different parts of the world, live an amazing intercultural learning experience which will remain a sweet memories in our lives. We as hosts, will always be thankful that our paths crossed and hopefully we will be friends for life!
Hally Jones purchased this House in 2014
Why Hally Jones chose Bayswater
It is a house in a beautiful but affordable suburb. Nothing pretentious. Suitable for business, holidays, family get-togethers etc. Central location, nothing is too difficult to get to.
What makes this House unique
This property is a personal home with a sentimental value because it is named after owner's late mother. It is still serving as a family home where hosts entertain their visiting families from time to time. What is unique about Ayesha House is that this home would welcome you no difference from their family and friends. A home that cares about you more than anything else. The hosts will try their best to ensure that you will have a comfortable stay and that you are happy with everything, worth what you have spent for. Guests who have stayed at this property previously have commented that they felt that they are not staying at a 'rental house' but instead at a friendly and welcoming family home.

5 ***** stars to Neil his family and friends!
It was lovely having Neil, his friends and family stay with us at our property. Neil is a fantastic guest to have. A pleasure to deal with from the very beginning!
Communication was easy. They followed all the house rules and left the our house very clean and very tidy. Thank you!
We are looking forward to having him and family/friends stay with us again on their next trip to Perth!
Many thanks again :)
We decided on a "City Change" this year for Christmas and found Ayesha House on Stayz. What a clean and tidy property, secure and in a friendly neighborhood. Our hosts were amazingly helpful and willing to bend over backwards for us. Close to restaurants and only six kilometers from the city. Thoroughly recommend it.
We love our stay in this property. The condition of the property is exactly as per advertised. We were welcomed with warm smile and the host is extremely helpful in providing info during our stay there. Highly recommended. Not a single tiny regret on renting this property during our stay in Perth. It's strategically located from Perth CBD or Perth Airport.
Everything you need
Ayesha house was everything as described plus more. Hally is an amazing host. The house was very central to what we needed it for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house.
Wonderful experience, strategic location.
The area is quiet and clean, that was what we liked most. The location is another thing that really made our travelling easy. Couldn't thank enough to the lovely and friendly host Hally, who made us feel at home. The house is well-equipped with whatever you need. My wife, children and my little hero, my grandson, were very happy and this is the most unforgettable holiday that we have ever had. I will definitely recommend anyone that I know to come and stay in this beautiful House.
Thanks Hally, we will definitely come and stay here again, God willing.
