Very nice place to stay with amazing views.
Was a beautiful place to stay. The only thing I could say is they could of had a bit more kindling for the fire and some smaller bits of wood to help get it going.

Superb!
We’ve been looking at renting this property for a couple of years, but had always hesitated because of the price... now we’re regretting not staying there sooner! This is an absolutely exquisite luxury apartment. Not only is the setting fantastic, just on the other side of the town square, the view of Bourke Street, the Toboggan run and the mountains makes sitting outside on the expansive balcony a pleasure on a sunny winters day. The real fireplace adds to the alpine experience, and the fact that there is enough firewood to last months is a huge help too. Inside, the Sheridan towels, bed linen and wool doonas mean that you feel like you’re in a 5-star hotel (we’ve stayed at a suite in the Hyatt in Canberra, and this was nicer). The central heating was quick and super warm as well, if lighting a fire is not for you. The kitchen is well fitted out too, the oven is nice and wide (we made a roast dinner on our first night) and the pantry was well stocked with basics. We’d brought up lots of supplies, but were happy to see that there were herbs and spices, tea, coffee, sugar and even flour that we could use. There were also games and puzzles to do! That being said, when we left, we made sure we restocked some of the supplies, and if most of the guests who stay here treat this apartment as if it’s their own, it will stay this good. Each room has a TV with a DVD player built in, and there’s a great DVD collection in the living room, which was very handy for both our girls (one being a teenager, and the other 7) There’s also a large drying room for wet snow gear, as well as a couple of toboggans to use while you’re here. We didn’t use the washing machine, but I was impressed to see it was an option, and that there was powder as well. They’ve thought of everything here. The only downsides in the whole apartment that we found were that the wifi was a little bit hit and miss. But you’re on the top of a mountain, so that was to be expected. And the kitchen handles were a little frustrating (they’re a very slim knob, and opening the drawers took a little bit of skill). If you’re looking at staying here, but are a bit undecided, we highly recommend you just go for it. It’s a home away from home. There’s plenty of space for a family, or small group of friends to enjoy your time away, but not feel like you’re in each other’s way. We’re going back next year, and this will be our apartment of choice on our annual Mt Buller trip.

Great place great spot
We had a very comfortable time, but on arrival the place was very hard to find especially when the weather was bad the steps on the left and leading to the landing where caked with ice and very slippery and only cleared by someone on the last day of our stay.
