Good position

Comfortable and spacious. Nice little garden for our puppy. Convenient site for business. The light in the hallway though needs to be fixed. Looked a bit dark and dodgy when arriving.

Great location, too bad about the access issues.

The owner/managers were very quick to respond to our initial enquiries about the property and we found the process to be very smooth. The apartment was clean and was well located which was a plus given we were visiting Brisbane for the first time.

However, one day before we were due to arrive, we were told that the unit would be made available for the purposes of showing the unit to potential buyers. We requested that these inspections not go ahead and made several representations in writing and on the phone. The agents had the gall to suggest we were the only ones to be dissatisfied as other visitors didn't mind the intrusion. It was too late to cancel. We simply had no say.

Then we were assured that the inspections would take no more than 10-15 minutes and there would only be the agent and one other person. Not only did the inspection take 30-45 minutes, there were up to 5 people present.

There was no regard for our privacy while we were in the unit and we were forced to stay in the unit to ensure the safety of our personal items while the unit was opened to persons completely unknown to us.

If you choose to stay here, make sure you clarify that you will enjoy uninterrupted access. Or else these owner/managers will not hesitate to impose on you the day before and give you no useful alternatives!
