We have 7 modern spacious self contained studios. They are 5 minutes walk to Bronte beach and is a stone throw away from the row of Bronte cafes and shops.
They are located in Bronte, one of the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. It is easily accessible by public transport.
The properties offer exciting opportunity to experience the lifestyle that Bronte offers. It is very close to the beach and local cafes and shops. It is a fantastic base for visitors to Sydney who would like to enjoy the beaches , (Bronte, Bondi, Tamarama, Clovelly and Coogee), shopping and city attractions all in one.

Location: 33 St Thomas Street Bronte. Sorry, this place is not wheelchair accessible.
Kitchen and Dining: There is a combined space for the kitchen and dining, Seating for up to 4 using an extendable dining table.
Bedroom and Lounge: There is combined area for the bedroom and the lounge

Preferred stay: We have a preference for a minimum 5 nights stay. We also have a strong preference for maximum of 2 adults only. There is bedding for up to 4. Couples with one child to a maximum of 2 children are preferred.
NON SMOKING ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED AS AGAINST BODY CORPORATE RULES.

1. Is there parking?
There is free parking available at the back of the block on a first come first serve basis (one spot is reserved, right most parking space as you enter the carpark). There is also unlimited free parking on the street where the apartment is located and surrounding streets. During a very hot day, the beaches get very busy and parking on the street could be difficult, however, with patience, you are most likely to find a free spot.
2. Is there Wifi?
Yes we provide free Wifi to guests. However, we cannot guarantee your connection as this could be due to your device(s) or other issues outside our control (eg telecoms provider network). However, we will do our best to assist you with your Wifi connection.
We also provide Wifi for your emails and simple internet surfing and we ask guests not to use it do download large files or to use it for internet gaming.
3. Can guests have an early check in or late check out?
Our standard check in time is 2pm and standard check out time is 10am. This is to allow the apartment to be cleaned for the next guests and to take into account that guests prior to your stay would not check out until 10am.
We can only accommodate early check ins if there are no guests staying prior and we can only advise of this 2 days prior to your check in date.
It is difficult for us to accommodate late check outs as our cleaners arrive at 10am to start cleaning the apartment for the next guests.
If you have a long haul flight and require the apartment early say from 7am, we suggest that you also book the night before to ensure that you can have accommodation as early as 7am.
4. What is your reservation policy?
We only reserve once guests have paid a deposit (50 percent of the total accommodation costs). We do this on a first payment first reservation basis. You could call us to pay by credit card or if you wish you could pay us via a direct deposit.
5. What is Bronte like? Public transport access from the apartment?
Bronte is one of the eastern suburbs of Sydney. The east is well known for its beaches and also being close enough to the central business district of Sydney.
In terms of public transport, there is regular bus service that stops around the corner of the apartment.
The main shopping centre and transport (bus and train interchange) are located in Bondi Junction which is approximately a 5 minute bus ride from the apartment. From the train interchange at Bondi Junction, it takes around 10 min or so to the City depending on the train station.
As our apartment is close to the beach, there are bugs at night that could accidentally creep into the apartment from the outside. We provide bug sprays. We pride ourselves with providing very clean
Are there rules?
Yes. There are cleaning rules, mainly around keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. There is a list posted on the wall of the apartment. We ask guests to:
1.tidy up the kitchen after each major use;
2.not to bring sand from the beach by rinsing at allocated showers prior to returning to the apartment
3.be careful with luggage wheels and shoes (high heels) damaging the floor boards
4.keep the noise down particularly after 9pm
5.shut blinds in the lounge close when leaving for the day to protect the furniture from the sun
6.do not leave wet clothing or materials on the floor as this would cause water damage on the floor boards.
