Located in the quiet Park Meadows neighborhood is the Racquet Club Village property, that is situated close to everything Park City offers. The unit just steps to the bus stop to catch the free Park City bus to can take you two all three resorts, as well as Old Town Main Street. In addition, Park City Municipal Area Recreation Center (PCMARC) is just next door, offering a full gym, pool, indoor tennis and track, all available for use with just a small daily access fee. PCMARC is also a theater for the Sundance Film Festival.

This remodeled and professionally decorated property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms within 1,550 square feet of living space, to accommodate up to 9 people comfortably.

You will enter the home through the front door into the main living area - the living room, kitchen and dining area with tile flooring throughout.

Living Room: Comfortable living room furnishings to relax while viewing your favorite shows on the 60” HD LCD TV with cable. Step out and enjoy the great outdoors on the private deck.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen and offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a center island, and kitchen bar seating for four.

Dining Area: Dining table with seating for up to five.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (2nd level) - A king bed, 46” HD TV with cable, and a private bath with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in a closet and a private balcony.

Bedroom 2 (2nd level) – Full over full bunk beds and access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo on the 2nd level.

Bedroom 3 (3rd level) –A king bed (or can be separated for 2 twins), a twin bed, HD TV with cable, and access to a full shared bath with a shower (on the main level).

Outdoor Areas: The main level features a large private deck off the living room with a hot tub and a BBQ to grill up your favorites.

Five maintenance visits

The owner of this condo has obviously not stayed here in a while. The fireplace simple doesn’t work. We had five different people out to work on it and when we turned it off, it would never come back on. And we had a lot of snow days. The other issue is the sliding glass door badly needs replacing. It’s off it’s rollers and is nearly impossible to pull open. Maintenance guys confirmed this. This condo, though comfortable, needs some work, for sure.

Park City Mt Bike Fun

Park Meadows had everything we needed. Even had spices! Jacuzzi was relaxing after our bike rides. Comfortable beds. Great location!! We could bike to and from the local trails. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and lots of bathroom. We hopefully will come back and stay again!!

I stayed here with 6 total people, 3 couples. We booked this place for the hot tub and the 2 king-size beds. Unfortunately, they changed the king-size bed in the loft to 3 twin-size beds, so I was highly disappointed. The hot tub was great though. Honestly, it would be nice if they refunded a little bit of the money since it was not an accurate listing. I would update the review if that was the case. The living room furniture is not comfortable, especially for 6 adults all sitting down at the same time.

Convenient condo.

Great location and loved cozy fireplace. A deck gate would have made place better for pets. Place is spacious and can accommodate a lot of people but needs a few repairs
