Great Location! 6 miles to Disney World, 20 minutes to Universal Studios & 15 minutes to SeaWorld. You will be just a short drive from the convention center, outlets, and the Orlando International Airport.

The space
Your fully furnished condo comfortably sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master with a jacuzzi tub, 2 full-size beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You also have a large kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all of the cookware you need for that gourmet feast!

The grounds are loaded with not only 6 pools but also a kids pool, activity center, bbq grills, and even a complimentary shuttle to and from the local grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney!

Recent renovations now include updated appliances, granite countertops, glass shower enclosures, and more!

All within short driving distance you can explore historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, and Silver Springs. Or you may find you’ll never want to leave the resort after seeing the fully staffed activities center with weekly planned activities that enhance our guest’s vacation experience.

Guest access
At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. We really appreciate you booking your vacation with us and will assist in any way to assure you have a well deserved vacation!

There is a one time $30 activity fee collected by the resort, which gives you access to all of the amenities, wife, fitness and business center.
