Registration number 6005.

Over 925 sq. ft. of hip/cool/contemporary space means you wont be squeezed into 500 or 600 SF like in many other cabins or downtown units. This unit is outfitted with Colorado art, beautifully appointed, and located in the heart of downtown Estes. Huge fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable. State of the art air conditioning/heating system newly installed and very comfortable. Enjoy provided snowshoes, hiking sticks, and a backpack as well as many other "necessities" for your Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centrally located downtown above shopping in walking distance to shopping, dining, golfing, Lake Estes, movie theaters, and the well known Riverwalk. Sit on the deck and enjoy the parades along Elkhorn Ave, or stroll along the Riverwalk located right out the door. Fishing, hiking, climbing, skating, and of course, shopping are all within minutes of your stay. While Starbucks just moved out of the building they are still within walking distance and Kind Coffee is only 1 block away. Starbucks leaving has actually created less foot traffic, parking and noise from deliveries or trash service. And again, its still close. Our prior guests love the location.

The loft is set up with a private bedroom and a second living room/bedroom to easily accommodate four guests. The kitchen and dining areas are huge and offer a comfortable place to stretch out and enjoy. Visit in the snowy season and use the snowshoes provided for your stay.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES: if you are interested in booking and experience a problem and message that directs you to try again later please stop trying . You can call to discuss with vrbo but so far its been several weeks and no solution from them. I have a couple alternatives to book AND I CAN SAVE YOU SOME MONEY. You can call or text me at 303 949-9762.

SAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency.

PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.

UPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking.

If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and we were able to watch the parade of lights from our balcony. Parking was a bit difficult with all the weekend activities but once we got settled into the apartment all of the downtown activities were within walking distance.

We like to think of ourselves as experienced travelers and vacation rental property hosts. We love both and we love having unique properties in Estes Park to offer to you. One of the things we discovered in our travels around the world and in the good old US of A is the advantage of being centrally located. A morning run, a walk to a coffee shop to start the day or to a restaurant or bar at the end of the day is a great way to see a town and experience life as a local. In fact, we think its the only way to travel. In addition to travelling and enjoying coffee and dining we love to be outside hiking, biking, camping or having fun with our family.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is the first draw. Estes Park is a beautiful place that people come back to year after year for the last 100+ years. That will not change. We also love central locations as it makes travelling more convenient, less hassled and very relaxing. If you have ever stayed within walking distance to the things you want to see and the places you want to shop and dine then you know what I mean. Once you arrive grab the town provided parking pass and you can forget about driving to get places if you want. There is so much just outside your door, including
a free shuttle bus into the national park. Second, this condo is gorgeous and so unique. The artwork and decor are stunning. This property is so far above staying in a hotel room the experiences really can't be compared. The addition of a large kitchen with room to work and living room, in addition to the luxurious bath and bedroom round out a terrific loft.

The prior owners started renting this property in 2015 and very quickly built the reputation of this unit as a first class accommodation. You may recognize this loft as the Art Loft owned by local art gallery owners Tamara and James. In just over 1 years time then received 51 FIVE STAR ratings out of 51 from their guests. A perfect score! Unfortunately for me those reviews cannot be carried over to a new listing. But we are confident we can continue the tradition they started! The unit is perfect as is and we don't plan to change anything. And vacation rentals are not new to us. Tamara and James were interested in selling it to us because we have other similar properties in this building and they knew we would be able to continue renting this property to their standards. We are thrilled to offer this unit to vacationers in our beautiful village that are looking for a unit above and beyond the ordinary.

What makes this property unique

Very tastefully decorated space with plenty of room for 2 adults and two children. The full kitchen will not only allow the convenience of eating meals in the unit but will also allow you to save money over a much smaller hotel room and constantly eating out. So stretch out, relax in this beautiful loft and relax after hiking in the park or seeing the sites around Estes Park.
