The Sevenoaks complex is located in Maylands, only 6km from the vibrant City of Perth and accessed easily by public transport.

The beautiful Swan river is only ten minutes walk from your door.

Unit 19 is a second floor unit in a quiet residential complex of 21.

Built in 1958, all the units in this block have high ceilings and big windows giving a feeling of space. The unit is air-conditioned and has tiled floors with rugs.

Entry is into the kitchen, off a communal balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, glassware, toaster and kettle. There is a decent sized refrigerator, gas cook top, microwave and electric wall oven and small dishwasher. There are pantry storage cupboards in the kitchen.

Bedrooms one and two are accessed off the hallway. Both have queen sized beds and built in robes. Both these rooms have north facing windows.

The bathroom, also off the hallway, has a shower over full sized bath. An electric hot water service provides ample hot water and good water pressure.

There is a combined lounge/dining area with large east facing windows. A comfortable corner couch, coffee table, TV& DVD player as well as a dining suite that seats six are located here.

Bedroom three is located off the lounge and has a large, east facing window, hanging and storage space for clothes, a bookshelf and double bed.

There is a separate laundry with coin operated washing machines located on the ground floor and ample drying lines are positioned on the east of the property.

Parking is available on the paved perimeter of the building. Reserved parking in the complex quadrangle may be available. Please enquire

To ensure the quiet enjoyment of others within the complex, this property has a minimum term of seven nights. Parties and functions are not permitted.

Local shopping with supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty shops, restaurants, cafes and services are within a short walk from your front door.
