Just 10 minutes drive from the rolling surf of Manly Beach and within easy reach of Sydney CBD, this modern and new house is an ideal holiday accommodation for 10 adults or a large family. Located in a quiet tree-lined street in Seaforth, it is close to various beaches, Sydney and everything this town has to offer.

The two story house has two bathrooms plus a separate toilet downstairs and five large bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space. 4 Bedrooms are upstairs.The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite and a private balcony; bedroom 2 has a double bunk and a single bed; bedroom 3 has a single bed with a good quality trundle; bedroom 4 has a single bed and bedroom 5 is downstairs and contains a double bed. There is adequate space in the rooms for a travel cot.

The open-plan living room contains a well-appointed kitchen with granite benchtop, Miele dishwasher, modern appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats up to 12 people. The adjoining lounge area has a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as a good stock of DVD's and games. Wi-Fi internet is provided at no extra cost. Large glass sliding doors open to an expansive covered patio and rear level lawn and fenced in garden, creating extra living space. Spend hours relaxing on the deck or cook up a feast on the gas barbecue.

An internal laundry with Miele appliances and separate toilet are located off the entry area. The house has one off street parking spot and plenty on street parking.

North Balgowlah shops are 2 minutes drive, where you will find a corner store, newsagent, pharmacy, liquor store, fruit market, bakery and a bbq chicken shop.

There are various restaurants in Seaforth, only 3 minutes drive away.

Public transport provides regular transport to the CBD, Manly, Warringah Mall and Chatswood for all your shopping needs as well as cinemas and libraries.

In Manly you can catch the ferry to Circular Quay in the heart of central Sydney with all its attractions.

Manly Swim Centre with a 50m outdoor pool and three indoor pools for families and children is another local attraction.

Several bushwalking tracks start close to the house.

A bike track to Manly begins also very close by.

Wind surfing and kite surfing are popular on Narrabeen Lake.

Canoe hire is available in Manly, at Spit Bridge and Narrabeen Lake.

Enjoy fishing in the nearby harbour or at the beaches.

Several golf courses and tennis courts are within easy reach.

There are horse riding stables in Terrey Hills and Belrose which offer trail rides as well as riding instructions and holiday camps for kids.

We welcome well behaved pets and accommodate children of all ages.
