About the property

This top level unit has views over Kings Beach and Moreton and Bribie Islands and is directly opposite Kings Beach with all its rolling surf, sand, cafes and restaurants so close there is no need for the car.

This apartment has been fully renovated. There are two queen size bedrooms with built-in robes and reverse cycle air-conditioning, the bathroom with separate bath and shower, gourmet kitchen with stone bench tops, an open plan lounge dining kitchen area, 2 balconies with stunning views and a Weber BBQ & a lockup car garage.

This unit is so close to everything. It is directly opposite Kings Beach & walking distance to Caloundra town centre, Bulcock Beach & Shelly Beach.

We like to use this unit ourselves so we have equipped it with the things that we like to have on a holiday. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything required to make nice home cooked meals, there is an espresso coffee machine & the panty has all your basics.

Everything is quite modern the TVs have USB input that supports most audio & video formats. We also have provided a selection of DVDs.

We have young children so there is a high chair, port-a-cot & bed rail already here. All you will need to bring is linen (sheets & towels). The bedding configuration is 1 queen & 2 singles. We can organise linen through a linen service at a small charge.

We hope that you will want to come back time & time again.

Kings beach & Caloundra is an ideal spot for a family holiday. However this unit would also be very comfortable for or one or two couples to get away for a nice relaxing week or long weekend.

Great holiday unit

Had a great stay. Very well presented unit with a great view. In walking distance to everything we wanted. The stairs weren't an issue.

The extras such as kids toys and boogie boards were handy as well.

We parked a Pajero with a bullbar in the garage but a longer vehicle would struggle as the door only just closed. Still left room down the sides for a couple of bikes and boards. However a larger vehicle could get a street park easily. Especially if you didn't plan on using it regularly and just kept your spot.

We would be happy to stay here again.

Staying at Alinga 6 was such a pleasure. It is so well equipped that we only showed up with our clothes. Boogie boards, sun shade and beach chairs in the garage was a bonus! Beautiful coffee across the road. And the

view is spectacular! As a family we loved our stay. Thank you!
