You are sure to make this your new beach home away from home!

Watch the sun rise over the ocean from your balcony and wave to your family splashing in the outdoor pool. Located on the top floor of a three story structure (no elevator), you'll have no one above you and great views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and direct access to the ocean view balcony. The second bedroom holds both a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Flat screen TV's are in the living area and both bedrooms, and our condo includes free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have a washer & dryer in unit, and even beach essentials! Linens and towels are included. Just pack your toothbrush and a swimsuit!

Our unit is in the quaint Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The Seafarer location is minutes away from Barefoot Landing, providing plenty of opportunity for golf, shopping, dining & entertainment. We rent to responsible adults 25 or older. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets, trailers or motorcycles, per HOA standards.

Quiet Getaway

We were looking for a quiet/relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place. Kim was very helpful and quick to respond. The condo was nice and the perfect size for my family of 3.

Relaxing North Murtle Vacation

We loved this property. The Seaferer complex is small and was almost empty all week, which we loved! So much nicer experience than large codos. It felt like staying at a beachfront house for fraction of the cost. So quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. Condo is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. My kids had a pool to themselves most of the time. Only couple of things that could be improved: condo could use a deep cleaning (there was a lot of dust on top of the fridge and cealing fans; doors and walls were not the cleanest). And stove top burners could be replaced as they are not level, which makes them hard to use. Also, keep in mind that this condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Even better than listing

The listing does not do the property justice. If you are looking for a great condo with no frills of the property but want a great beach location with every amenity inside the room with a very responsive owner being clear with communication and instructions, this is it. Was absolutely perfect for our needs. Only thing a potential renter needs to be fully aware is there are flights of stairs as the property does not have an elevator which we knew and was fine but could be an issue for some. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great stay!

Overall this was a great stay. Nice location, not busy beach area, and the condo is quiet. The beds were comfortable, which is usually big for me! I was also impressed with everything they have in the kitchen. My only complaint is that the place looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a really long time. It was really dusty and the couch cushions had crumbs underneath them. I can tell it’s been cleaned mostly, but the blinds were missing a panel in the master bedroom right in front of the bed which made me kind of uncomfortable and the other blinds didn’t have the handle attached to open them. I would definitely stay here again, though.

Spring Break

The location is unbeatable for a quiet spring break vacation. The condo worked well for our family trip to North Myrtle. It's a nice perk to have a selection of beach chairs available in the condo. One less thing to pack.
