Hunter Grange is in the beautiful Jacaranda's Precinct at The Vintage. Backing on to the golf course, the outlook to the 11th fairway helps to create that perfect relaxing quiet space or just to enjoy with family and friends all year round. This is the perfect holiday home and is setup for entertaining with the family. It features 4 bedrooms (all with king splits and TV/DVDs in each room) and 3 bathrooms (2 with ensuites). The spacious kitchen opens out to the large living and dining room area, whilst flowing through to two separate outdoor alfresco entertaining, dining and BBQ areas. The separate media room is complete with a Sony PlayStation 4 with over 1000 DVD's and a library of over 500 novels. This home has personality and appeal. Decorated by interior designers, this home celebrates modern furnishings complimented by a touch of mid-century vintage.

Great Property for a stay in the Hunter
The house was clean and in a great location. We had an amazing weekend away with friends. The house is perfect for 3 couples enjoying a weekend in the hunter. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back.

Family Short Stay
The Hunter Grange is a great property. Plenty of room enabling you to have space to yourself if needed. We had a baby with us and it was great for her to have a sleep away from the main living space. The property had everything you could need. Our only complaint is that there were some fails with the cleanliness of the property and that some of the appliances didn't work. The fan oven was not working which was a big issue considering we had planned a family dinner at the house on Saturday night. The TV's in each bedroom had no service. We have highlighted these concerns with the property management and they acknowledged these items will be attended to for future renters. NOTE: We took a high chair with us, the property does have one. It is not listed however in the property overview.

Great location and a comfortable property
Great getaway for 2 families - very comfy property with heaps of space. Golf course was brilliant and the neighbourhood was awesome.
