Towards the north you have the lush, green rolling hills of South Gippsland's dairy farming country and within minutes you reach some of the best beaches in the country. "La plage de campagne" (loosely translated) is French for "coast country". The surf beaches of Kilcunda and Phillip Island are minutes away and the tranquil coves and rock pools of Cape Patterson are only 15 minutes in the other direction. Head north (up the hill) towards Korumburra and drive along one of the most scenic tourist roads in the country!

For rent is a 3 bedroom well-equipped home. 2 Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with 1 Double & 3 Singles. Plus a Double sofa-bed, two spare single mattresses, and cot mattress if needed. Fully renovated, light & bright and very comfortable. Split system heating cooling, double insulation plus ceiling fans. 6 star energy rating. New bathroom & kitchen. Separate toilet. New double carport, front and rear decks. Gas BBQ available on request. Large fenced garden so pet friendly.

Ideal for kids - loads for toys and kids books for guest to make the most of. (And if there's anything your kids want to keep, just call us because chances are we'll be happy for it to go!) Lovely garden for children to play in, with swing set, sandpit and cubby house.

Within walking distance is the Old Dalyston Deli - a lovely cafe restaurant in the renovated Dalyston church. It's a great place for coffee, brunch or lunch. And they even do great wood fired oven pizzas for eat-in or takeway. The extensive church grounds are another great spot for the kids to play. For an easy counter meal without having to drive home, the Ozone Hotel is literally across the road. Also across the road is a milk bar to pick up your morning paper and other essentials.

3 mins drive away is "The Killy" - the Kilcunda Pub - renowned for its spectacular ocean views. Enjoy a counter meal or a drink in the beer garden. For other restaurants & amenities, Wonthaggi is around 7 km in the other direction. Wonthaggi has Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, Bunnings, Harvey Norman, Autobarn, Aldi, McDonalds and most of the banks.
