The apartment was well located at the train station. The cleanliness of the property was a big let down. The bathroom was dirty and the carpet stained. The hallways were also quite smelly.

Nice Clean Apartment in good convenient location.

This is a nice spacious 1 bedder, ideal for a single on secondment to the Sydney CBD or couples wanting to explore the city area. Decor is a fairly inoffensive brown & beige but now getting a bit tired. A fairly eclectic mix of cutlery and crockery with odd plates and various glasses missing. (Nothing a $50 trip round IKEA couldn't cure.) The west facing 7th floor balcony has spectacular views (not Bridge or Opera), but catches no direct sunlight (during May /June - may be better in the summer months) so no glorious Sydney sunsets. This makes it a bit gloomy and dark. The apartment block is nice and secure with good security systems. On the very plus side it is close to St Leonards station which gives great access to the Sydney transport system and a 10 minute walk to Crows Nest. Secure underground parking (extra cost) and decent broadband/wifi (extra cost). Nice helpful friendly staff at Stayz made booking/check in/ and check out very easy. Good value for money and will most likely book again.
