The accommodation on offer is the one bedroom self contained unit located in the basement of this building. Comfortably fits a maximum of 4 people (1x queen bed + 2x roll away single bed), with modern full size kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, open plan living area, laundry facilities, and separate entrance. Plenty of street parking right in front of the unit. Check-in is from 2pm and check out is no later than 10am.

The property is on the corner of Enoggera Road and Kate Street. Entrance to the apartment and parking is located on Kate Street.

Public swimming pool 100m across the road, McDonalds 200m, and all other specialty restaurants, cafes, pubs, and supermarket are within 800m. Short walk to all public transport (busses & trains). Just over 4 km to the city centre. 25mins drive to the airport.
