The massive gourmet kitchen consists of polished granite surfaces and only the best quality stainless steel appliances including double stainless steel fridge with ice maker, separate full sized wet bar plus built in wine fridge. Bedroom 1 (Master):

JUST REFURBISHED! Situated upstairs, parents and couples alike can spoil themselves and relax in pure luxury with the impressive master suite boasting reverse cycle air-con, massive walk in wardrobe, designer furnishings, stunning stylish ensuite with free-standing bath and double shower/vanity and TV with a DVD player. Bedroom 3:

Bedroom 4:

The ground floor double bedroom, is ideal for couples or even the in-laws. This bedroom has a Queen bed, Plasma TV and DVD player, BIW’s, plus views to the beautifully landscaped front garden. This bedroom has easy access to the third bathroom which also has external access with a shower making it perfect for swimming guests.

Bedroom 5/Rumpus Room:

The 5th Bedroom/Rumpus room, also located downstairs, is the perfect kids zone with separate entry, with two built in desk spaces, TV, DVD player, Wii Console and many books and board games. Beds on request only (small children only) . This room also has easy access to the third bathroom downstairs.

Outdoors:

This spectacular property is fully fenced and child friendly. The front is surrounded by a large block wall and secure gate (key or remote access) offering complete peace of mind and privacy. The rear is also fully fenced from both the pool, pontoon and waterway. For boating enthusiasts, you will no doubt enjoy your very own x-large pontoon with direct ocean access. Plus, the water here is tidal which means you can relax and fish with no midges! This property is located 5 minutes from Broadwater cruising.

Coastal Holiday Rentals charge a $1,000-$2,000 refundable bond & have a strict NO party or function policy.

Cleaning and Linen hire $395.00 based on 8. Extra guest fee $30.00 per person, per night including additional bedding. Max Guests 12. One infant 3 years and under stay free of charge if using existing bedding.

We do not cater to party-goers or Schoolies. All properties have a strict NO PARTY & NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTION policy. Properties are located in a quiet residential areas & noise must be kept to a minimum. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for more information.

Amazing house with it all!

We had a fabulous stay. The house was amazing. Small pool, nosey neighbour, not kid friendly around the pool but otherwise it was amazing. Definitely stay again

Excellent property

my family of 8 stayed in this property for 9 days we hardly left it...we had such a great time..location wise was 2 min walk to the village which had everything u need..surfers paradise was 10 min walk which was great..the house itself catered for all ur needs the inground swimming pool was beautiful which all the kids loved...beds where super comfortable overall we had a wonderful time and hope to come back next yr.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOUSE, BEST HOLIDAY!

We have just returned from our stay at Waterfront Mansion and wish we could have stayed longer. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 3 children, 3 years, 5 and 12. The house was just as pictured, actually even better in person as there were some upgrades done that we were not expecting. The house is on trendy Chevron Island, connected to Surfers Paradise by bridge and incredibly quiet at night, the views were stunning and we spent most of our time taking them in or relaxing on the upper deck or around the pool area. Huge kitchen which was very nice and modern, the wet bar was handy, you can easily open up the by-folds and serve drinks and nibbles onto the bbq area. Every bedroom had a TV. If you stay here make sure you take a stroll to the main street which is less than 2 minute walk there are some fantastic restaurants and cafes. A walk into Surfers Paradise to check our the beachfront night markets took us under 10 minutes. We also hired a car from the Real Estate Agency, their contact was fantastic who met us at the airport and was so polite and helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and well presented on arrival. Highlights of our stay were the location, views, modern house, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Awesome house loved every minute of our holiday!

This was our first stay in a holiday home and I don't ever think we will hire a hotel room or unit again. Our stay in April was far more than we anticipated, the house was just ideal for our family of 9 and had everything for the adults and kids to enjoy. The views here were awesome and we really loved having our own space, privacy, kitchen to prepare meals in and laundry. Even though we had a hire car you really don't need one, if I had done more research on the location I probably wouldn't have bothered. This house is so close to everything and within walking distance, we hired bikes, less than 10 minutes and we were at Surfers Paradise Beach. Only visited the beach once as the kids were more than happy to laze by the pool and fish off the pontoon. The staff were very helpful at Coastal Holiday Rentals. One remote had flat batteries and the office girl dropped of new ones within 15 minutes. We would stay at this property or another one by the same agency again.
