Villa Rowan is located in a quiet, family orientated suburb of Kealba, only 16km north-west from Melbourne's CBD ( Central Business District)

Situated opposite the sprawling green spaces of Brimbank Park and Marybyrnong River, staying at this property will allow you to take advantage of excellent leisure opportunities with the numerous running and bike tracks of Brimbank Park or the nearby St Albans Leisure Centre.

Villa Rowan is a modern built, 4 bedroom, beautifully furnished house.

It features two separate living areas, with the first being an open plan living/dining room area with large screen TV and DVD. The second one is more private and secluded, with its own TVDVD as well, perfect for children's corner or getaway from the main area of the house.

House has a 2 car lock up garage & an outdoor entertainment area. This beautiful property is very spacious, making it well suited for couples, relaxing family holiday and business stays.

Villa Rowan offers wall heaters in each bedroom, and a separate dual zone air conditioner in the lounge room. It can accommodate up to 14 people with 10 beds - 2 Queen beds, 4 Single beds 3 double sofa beds.

We are also children friendly and provide portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The third bathroom downstairs offers yet another shower, basin and toilet.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances, including rice cooker, sandwich press and blender.

All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. Cook your meals three times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The large, fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board. Includes Free Linen & Towels for all guests.

Security and privacy is offered with a lock up 2 car garage and off street parking in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.

A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $750 is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodationcancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodationcancellation fee to cover loss.

If your Booking Request is for the same day arrival, our cut -off time for accepting your Booking Reservation is 2pm on your arrival day.
