The main lounge is located off the kitchen with sliding doors leading onto the rear entertainment/bbq area. There are 2 more lounge areas in addition to this space! The video intercom is located just off the main lounge and also upstairs.

Sunken Lounge (downstairs):

The sunken lounge is a large open plan space situated off the formal dining area, the ideal place to sit and enjoy your favourite movie or take in the stunning water, pool and city views. Features include HUGE 63” 3D SMART TV with the FULL FOXTEL PACKAGE, Blue Ray DVD Player, 5 stacker CD player with iPhone port, loads of DVD’s, zoned surround sound system (indoor AND outdoor sound to BBQ and outdoor dining area), and wide opening sliding doors (with screens) onto the rear entertainment dining space with PIZZA OVEN.

Rumpus Room (upstairs):

The 3rd lounge area is the kids rumpus room upstairs which features new 6-8 seater couch, HUGE 65" LG Flat Screen TV, Xbox360 and DVDs. There is more than enough room for everyone to have their own relaxation/entertainment area. There is also a kitchenette upstairs with bar fridge.

Kitchen/Dining (downstairs):

The main dining seats 8 in a formal setting overlooking the sunken lounge, and close by a smaller setting for the kids to sit at. All have views out to the waterfront and entertainment area. The kitchen and both dining areas have a large reverse cycle air-con unit.

Bedroom 1 (Master/Upstairs):

The spacious master bedroom will accommodate you in comfort and style with large king size bed and stunning waterfront views. At night Surfers Paradise will light up in front of you with VIEWS TO THE Q1 TOWER, Jupiter’s Casino, and Broadbeach CBD. Other comforts of the master bedroom include, reverse cycle air-con/heating, tinted windows, screens, massive walk in robe, flat screen 42” TV, and new modern ensuite with stone hand basins and separate toilet. Enjoy all new furniture, bedding and lovely cooling breezes from the waterfront, the modern appealing décor makes this room very easy to relax in. There is FREE WI-FI access from every room.
