The light filled open plan main lounge features air-con and 55” Flat screen TV. The main lounge also features extensive by-folds that open onto the front courtyard which is shaded by established tropical gardens. Just off the main lounge is the casual dining area, a great spot for a casual drink or game of cards. There is easy access to the large downstairs powder room from the main lounge and dining area.
Rumpus Room/Pool Room:
A huge separate Rumpus Room features air-con, full sized POOL TABLE, bar area and extensive by-fold doors that open up to invite the outdoors in. The ultimate spot to relax and enjoy a game of pool while taking in the stunning water and pool views at the same time. With this area open to the undercover patio you have easy access to the outside dining and BBQ area.
The stunning open plan kitchen features stone bench-tops, 2pac cupboards, double door stainless steel fridge, stainless steel appliances including 2 x single draw dishwashers and island prep bench-top. The luxurious master bedroom is extremely spacious and has been stylishly decorated featuring large king sized bed, air-con/heating, sitting area with views to the waterfront, huge wide outdoor undercover balcony with outdoor setting (amazing water/city views), 50” TV, massive walk in robe and luxury ensuite with SPA BATH. For your added comfort the master bedroom has block out drapes and ceiling fan. For those with small children there is a bedroom located off the master (separated by sliding door), where children can share 1 x king bed (or convert into 2 x singles on request), this bedroom also has fantastic water views.
