The spacious upper floor apartment has three bedrooms (the third currently unavailable) and two bathrooms, big lounge and dining area, study area, separate kitchen and laundry and large balcony with outdoor setting.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Its large balcony overlooks the treed garden (you should see the Poinciana in bloom!), and is directly across the road from the famous Kings Park. You'll feel like you're in a bird sanctuary with kookaburras and parakeets flying by at sunset.

It's 15-20 minutes' drive to Perth's best beaches - Cottesloe, Scarborough and City Beach.
Just a few steps is the Swan River and the Narrows Bridge, and the apartment is just down the road from The University of WA, and less than five minutes bus or drive to the city.
