4/10/2016 We would like to express our appreciation for the really lovely unit we had the pleasure of staying in for two weeks.

It was superbly positioned - not only for the view – but for easy access to all that the Southbank had to offer.

Brisbane is a most beautiful city.

Convenient location

Very nice apartment with river views, convenient short walk to both free ferry and Southbank rail station, although a bit of an incline. Drawbacks were air conditioner not efficient enough during the recent hot humid weather and noisy street traffic. Carpet could do with some spot cleaning but overall a very pleasing stay.

Apartment with a view.

This is a large, bright and conveniently situated apartment with modern fixtures and a view that never ceases to amaze. Floor to ceiling windows take full advantage of the 7th floor panoramic vista. The unit is furnished to a very good standard ensuring a seamless transition to feeling right at home. It was clean and inviting although the pillows could do with a laundering. The washing machine also proved to be faulty and unusable. Please be aware that the apartment is situated on a very busy street with two high rise developments, directly opposite, presently under construction to add to the cacophony. The children's hospital next door also has regular helicopter arrivals at all hours. If you are sensitive to noise this could be an issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 702 and would not hesitate to reserve the unit again should we ever find ourselves back in Brisbane.
