This beautifully presented home is newly decorated with new furniture and all new bedding with exceptional ocean views on Hargraves Beach.This two storey home offers 4 bedrooms ,3 are situated on the lower level.With a master bedroom with king size bed and a ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom with two single beds.Then on the upper level there is 2nd master bedroom with ensiute with stunning views on the ocean.With two large living areas on both levels with the upper level offering jaw dropping views throughout,including a modern kitchen with built in fridge and freezer and double ovens and dishwasher.Perfect for those family gatherings.Great for entertaining with large doors that open up onto a impressive size outdoor deck with a bbq with amazing breath taking views on Hargraves Beach.Close to The Entrance which has a wonderful carnival atmosphere and regular pelican feedings.Farmers markets (on the first and last sat of the month) and a visit to Nora Head lighthouse is a must.Toukley markets are on each sunday as well.With Lake Haven shopping center ,pubs and clubs (The Beachcomber ,Toulkey RSL and Toukley Golf Clubs under 10 minutes away.With golf courses close by at Toukley,Magenta and Tuggerah Lakes for those golfing enthusiast.We do require a bond ,our bond is set to $2000 and is to be paid at 7 days prior to your stay.A deposit of 50% is required to confirm/secure your booking,if you cancel your booking this amount is non refundable.The balance of your rental property is to be paid in full 7 days before your stay.Deposits and final payments can be made by credit card or direct bank transfer.When payments have been made please email confirmation through with your surname as a reference,when deposit is received you will be emailed with relevant information such as arrival/departure dates and times.To maintain a high standard to our guest we request and insist that you be considerate and please treat our beautiful home with respect as we do.We also have a low noise policy and ask you to respect the neighbours and keep noise to a mimium after 10pm as we do know the neighbours and they don't appreciate loud noise after this time, a fee will apply if we receive complaints from our neighbours.

No BUCKS or HENS weekends available and strickly no PARTIES without owners permission .This is NOT a party house.


You are responsible for the conduct of evey guest at this property.This is a NON SMOKING residence and NO smoking is allowed indoors,if you wish to smoke please do so outdoors ,IF SMOKING OCCURS INDOORS THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE OF $1000.Qualitly linen is supplied which includes fitted sheets,pillows,cases,bath and beach towels ,blankets,quilts and covers.So come and relax and enjoy your stay with us,listen to the waves crashing up on your door step and breath in that fresh salt air.We are looking forward to hearing from you as our first booking are now open.

: Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should NOT exceed the number stated. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

PARTIES and FUNCTIONS are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a SIMILAR state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is (10am) by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of BOND.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Linen is supplied.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.



Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Beach front bliss!

This amazing home is located on the end of a quiet cul de sac within a couple of minutes drive to the local shops/restaurants. This home was more than adequate for our two families with two children each. The rooms and living areas are all spacious. What makes this place special is the spectacular views of the beach, from an expansive deck, it was truly magical. We have stayed at a number of holiday homes along the coast and we all agreed this was one of the best. Highly recommended.

Amazing home, perfect location, sensational holida

We've been coming to this home for the past 4 years as it's simply brilliant. It's on the beach so all you need to do is leave your shoes at the garage and relax. The beach is perfect for little ones as it's pretty calm and they can build sandcastle and go for a walk. The home is a treat as it's immaculate with all you need to relax and unwind. Laurie is fantastic as she is very helpful.

Amazing house

This is such a perfect house for a large family getaway or even a group of friends. The house is beautifully and privately located, right on the beach. It is decorated very nicely and has everything you could possibly want! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Property

We really enjoyed our stay at the Central Coast Beach House. It was a perfect location with the beach as our backyard, the kids loved it. The house is beautifully designed and had everything we could think off available for use. The location was only 4 minute drive to the local shops and to less then 2 min drive to many key tourist sights such as the Noora Heads Lighthouse. Thank you for the wonderful stay Laurie we loved it and will definitley be back.
