Relax, restore and reconnect at 270 degrees, nestled among the trees in a peaceful part of Rye. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and bay views from the wrap around deck. Set up for one or two families to enjoy, there are four bedrooms and two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) both with large screen TV's and DVD players. There are also two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen and main living room are upstairs

Extras include Foxtel, free NBN WIFI, Sony playstation and an Airhockey table that will keep the kids busy for hours! Also enjoy the extensive collection of board games, DVD's and books to enjoy as you curl up on the deck and watch the amazing sunsets.

Also features r/c air conditioning both levels, Coonara wood heater, kitchen with coffee machine and filtered water. To make your beach holiday perfect we also provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 6 beach towels for guest use.

*BYO linen and bath towels. Doona's and pillows provided. Linen hire available at $40 per person.

Well behaved, house-trained dogs are always welcome, and our property is fully fenced.

270 degrees is a short walk to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We are 3 minutes drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs and moments from world class golf courses.
Minimum age for rental is 25. *sorry no schoolies accepted*.

More than expected !

Great accommodation especially for families. The house was very welcoming, bright and so well appointed. Close to many sites. Back beach was great especially exploring with the children. Could not have asked for better. Will certainly be booking again. Thank you Tarni for all your help with the booking and a memorable few days away!

Well equipped kitchen and lots of great outdoor space to chill, relax and unwind. Peaceful and love sitting outside watching the birds, you feel like you’re in the trees! Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

Peaceful Location

Lovely views, large, spacious home with generous-sized rooms and living space.Heaps of parking and a large, secure backyard. The kitchen had an excellent supply of pots, pans, and cutlery. Bathrooms and toilets were well stocked. Close proximity to shops, beaches, and hot springs. The host was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

I grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and its a place I still hold dear to my heart. My family love to escape down to Rye, for lazy days by the beach, or watching the views from the amazing deck at 270 degrees.

270 degrees is so comfortable, and has a really peaceful feel. We have tried to include everything to make our guests feel happy and relaxed. We cater to families and well behaved pets. Many of our guests return to us yearly for their holidays, and I feel that is the greatest compliment we could receive!
