We love this place and we are sure that you will too. We set out to create a place that is both stylish and comfortable, with all the comforts of home and maybe a little bit extra.

Yes there is designer furniture, super comfy beds, a big screen TV with unlimited FOXTEL, unlimited Wifi, your own Espresso machine and everything that we could think of to make you feel at home, but it is the amazing location, close to the Melbourne CBD, University of Melbourne and Melbourne's finest hospitals that really sets this place apart.

Our beautiful apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with queen bed and a beautiful ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, while there is also a second bathroom and European laundry. A stunning open plan living area bathed in natural light opens out onto a sun-drenched balcony. The functional kitchen boasts gas cooking and a dishwasher, while the apartment also features reverse cycle heating and cooling, secure access and parking for 1 car.

The location really is awesome, nestled in between Lygon St and the University of Melbourne, this 2BR apartment is in the perfect location for corporate travellers, visiting faculty staff and holiday makers. Lygon St is the Italian capital of Australia, with cafes, bars and restaurants aplenty, as well as designer shopping, cinemas and supermarkets – all of this right on your doorstep.

To the west is the University of Melbourne, only a few minutes’ walk away, as well as many of the major hospitals of Melbourne – the Royal Melbourne, Royal Women’s and Royal Children’s hospitals to name a few. To get to the CBD of Melbourne, you can either walk down Swanston St and you’re there in 20 minutes, or a quick 5 minute tram ride will take you to the centre of town.
