This modern free standing Villa is in a quiet complex of 6 Villas in total with off street secure parking with remote control access, & internal access from the garage. The home consists of all brand new modern appliances & bedding to make you feel right at home.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds, the main bedroom has a king size bed & your own en suite. The linen is supplied including bath towels. The main bathroom has shower, bath & toilet. The lounge room is well equipped with the use of Foxtel, wi & games to play if the weather turns.. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & all other appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is reverse cycle Air Conditioning. Llaundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron, clothes line. There is a BBQ area & 6 seat out door dining. There are 6 bikes & helmets to use at your leisure & your own risk of coarse. There are boogie boards x 2 & 1 surfboard.

We are situated only a very short stroll (600m) to Shops, Cafes, Cinema ,Clubs, Dolphin or Whale watch Cruises Jervis Bay Kayak Co & the very well appointed Pub Husky with fantastic Food it also has indoor & outdoor dining to enjoy the amazing views of the Bay & Beaches. There is a very popular cycle way which runs from Husky to Vincentia Beach & some surrounding towns in the area with views of the bay & beach all the way. You will be only 300maway from the cycle way.There are BBQ areas & parks so close to the water & the lagoon at Moona Moona creek witch is very protected & great for the little ones.
