This house has breathtaking views of the ocean, Point Lonsdale lighthouse, Port Nepean, Queenscliff and Bergola Wetlands. It is also located a 5 minute stroll from the beach and cafes/ shops, making it an ideal location for your seaside getaway. You can leave your car behind and enjoy this wonderful coastal town.

With so many attractions in the Bellarine Peninsula and the nearby Great Ocean Road, the property is a perfect base for many activities, or just relaxing.

The living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV, CD/DVD player, ipod dock/ speaker and air conditioner. It also has a gas log fire to enjoy in the evenings. The living room is connected to a large sunny deck with views of the ocean. The deck has a BBQ with wok burner and an retractable awning for those hot days.

The kitchen is also well appointed with dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and convection microwave. The laundry will serve all of your needs with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

The house will sleep 6 in 3 Queen sized beds. It also has en ensuite to the master bedroom and a large family bathroom, including bath.

The house is newly furnished and located on a single level for optimal convenience.

Great stay

This is a lovely townhouse - just the right size for 3 adults - in a good location. The property is fully equiped with well stocked pantry. The only things not mentioned in the description to be aware of is that the BBQ is an electric George Forman grill and there are no chairs or bean bags on which to lounge on the deck while admiring the view.

Excellent property - fantastic location!

We had a fantastic stay here over Christmas 2015. The owners have thought of everything - the house is very well equipped and is in a fantastic location with beautiful views over to the lighthouse at point Lonsdale. The beds are very comfortable and everything you could ever need is in the kitchen, laundry, living, balcony and bedrooms to have a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back and so will all our friends and family!
