A spacious three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse over two levels providing luxury accommodation inclusive of pool facilities. The property is ideally located in the prestigious East Perth river precinct with its tree lined streets, vibrant restaurants and multi-million dollar homes.

Not a hotel and not an apartment complex our guests are invited to enjoy the water front location of Henry Lawson Walk. The front patio has views down to the beautiful Claisebrook Cove and if you are lucky you'll see a pod of dolphins playing only metres from your townhouse.

Upon entering, guests are made welcome with attractive polished timber floors and a living area featuring a luxurious leather sofa suite and large screen TV. In addition there are provided books and board games for relaxing after a day in the City.

A fully equipped kitchen including premium coffee machine and stainless steel European appliances are also located on the entry level. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 6 people . A fully equipped laundry room is also located on this level.

There is an alfresco area and fully maintained swimming pool and BBQ area as well..

There isa generous double car garage to securely park your vehicle

Henry Lawson Walk is fully air-conditioned and will sleep 6 guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a master bedroom with queen size bed, secluded balcony and en-suite with bath/shower. There are two additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with adjoining bathroom, the other has two single beds. (A highchair, cot, bedding, and toddler gates are available on request.)

Location & General Information

Only several hundred metres from Perth CBD and close to all major Perth tourist attractions, public transport and freeway arteries. We can even arrange a limo tour or wedding cars if required.

Stroll down to Claisebrook Cove - East Perth's vibrant cafe, restaurant and bar precinct. For the children there is a new play gym on the Swan River foreshore. The East Perth precinct is a 2min walk and has all your shopping needs including boutiques, grocery or liquor needs, specialty shops a chemist and over a dozen restaurants and cafes.

The WACA ground is a 500m walk as is Gloucester Park Harness Racing venue. Crown Burswood Entertainment Complex can be viewed across the Swan River. The Belmont Racecourse is also located across the river - both of which can be reached via Claisebrook train station which is a 6 minute walk from Henry Lawson Walk.

Enjoy the FREE Yellow CAT city precinct shuttle bus service only 200m from the house and you'll be in the city within 5mins. Attractions in the Perth metropolitan area include the Hay & Murray Street Shopping Malls, Perth Mint, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Western Australian Museum, Concert Hall, Cultural Centre, His Majesty Theatre and the Institute of Contemporary Arts. You'll be close to the city centre,yet you will feel as though you are living in the countryside. Why not hire a bike while you are staying with us you'll find plenty of bike ways to explore around the nearby river.
