About this property

The Cottage is a beautifully appointed facility with fire place, foxtel, CD player with large collection of CD's. Perfect for a couple wishing to spend a weekend or longer just enjoying the country landscape within the Scenic Rim or more actively engaging in watersports, horseriding, bush walking, mountain climbing, golf and so much more.
Located within a working beef cattle business of Dugandan Droughtmasters. There are horses and cattle grazing at all times in adjoining paddocks.
The Dugandan Pub is just 3 klms away for casual meals and a courtesy bus which for no charge will pick you up and drop you back should you decide to have a few drinks. Quality dining is available in town and at Austin House and at the nearby Karoomba Winery
A horse arena, round yard and horse paddocks are available for use by guests wishing to bring horses to the country for a change of scenery
Also available is sofa bed and stretchers or swag for an extra charge of $50 per couple which covers the laundering of extra linen & towels.

Love staying at the Cottage - as always. So peaceful and quiet and loved seeing the horses and birds and cows . Been here a few times and we'll be back.

Fabulous rural

Great scenic rim environment with views of horses,cows,prolific birdsand magnificent mountains and valleys.Cutest miniature double banded finch and a gorgeous coucal pheasant up close in tree alongside of road.Thank you for a great stay in a cottage with well stoked needs.
