The lounge is light and modern and has a sunroom leading off which overlooks the front courtyard garden, a lovely quiet retreat to enjoy your morning coffee.
The bathroom is modern with a shower, toilet and sink; all towels are provided.

There is no exit cleaning fee if the property is left in a reasonably cleaned condition. If the property is left in an unacceptable condition, then a fee of $60 will be charged. There are no hidden charges for bed linen, towels, electric, gas, or water usage. There are wifi and Netflix available.
Glenelg tram is a ten-minute walk; the tram is two stops away from Morphettville Racecourse and takes you directly into the city centre and to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
The J1 bus route at the end of the street takes you to Harbour Town Factory Outlet (and Woolworths); Adelaide Airport and the City Centre.
The SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre at Marion is 5.5km, and the Holdfast Bay Bowling Club is 1km away.
