Private home with 3 separate suites all with their own entrances. They do not share facilities, except for laundry. They have their own private living arrangements, bathrooms, kitchen or kitchenette and out door entertaining areas. They can be rented separately or the house can be rented as a whole, accommodating 12 people.

Transport and cliff top walks to Mornington and Mount Martha shopping percents.
Take a short 700 meter walk to the Dava Hotel which caters well for children with an indoor and outdoor playground.
By car you can access the Mornington Peninsula many treasures - cafes, gourmet restaurants, micro breweries, beautiful wineries, berry farms, mazes, markets and the world famous Peninsula Hot springs. All within easy reach of this impressive property. For the more active there is fishing and dive charters, internationally acclaimed golf courses, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, yoga on the beach, swimming with dolphins and stunning coastal walks.
