Located high above the Dunsborough town site, Bron-yr-aur is a 3 level residence that offers amazing views of the Dunsborough Township & Coastline.

Whether your holiday consists of exploring the beautiful native bush of the South-West or relaxing, Bron-yr-aur is the property to cater for your needs.

The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs you'll find the master bedroom, en-suite and open plan kitchen, dining, lounge and sitting room that exits out onto the balcony where you can enjoy those amazing views.

Included in the living area is a wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player all with surround sound. Your heating and cooling options are covered with reverse cycle air conditioning and a pot belly wood fireplace.

The two levels below include 3 more bedrooms, main bathroom, laundry and a second sitting area with it's own flat screen TV, DVD player and even a bar fridge. The kids bunk room has additional couches where the kids can relax and play their electronic gadgets, without upsetting Mum and Dad.

Set just off from the main house is an enormous 8 seater spa that can be enjoyed all year round. Heat it for the cooler months or cool it down for a refreshing splash during summer. Just a small walk from here is a separate BBQ area.

Absolutely Magical

We had a wonderful stay - the location was amazing! There’s no better view to wake up to. The bedrooms were lovely, the family areas were warm and welcoming, and everything you could possibly need was provided. Only improvement that could be made - have the down stairs bathroom functioning.

Girls weekend

Great property, awe inspiring views and central to attractions around dunsborough. So much room to be a large group and plenty of lounges to laze on. Loved that there was seating at the dining table to match the number of people it accommodates which isn’t often the case. Good quality furnitures that were all comfortable. We loved the hot tub! Had a roaring fire each night with all wood provided. Such a pretty spot and adored all the bush surroundings and quirky corners of the gardens. Couple of issues that don’t spoil the holiday but might need addressing - there is a rat in the home that left droppings and ate any food left on the bench top at night! The power kept tripping out which affected the water pump as well. To reset we had to traipse through the bush in the dark. No lighting around the spa area (or at least we couldn’t find any)makes for potential hazards at night. Lower floor bathroom drain was blocked with what looked like tissue and hair , I really nearly gagged to clean it out! Overall though I would rebook again and again such an ideal and magical home for an escape! We all loved it
