On a quiet tree lined street in a fantastic central location, is a fully renovated holiday Oasis. It's affordable luxury for up to 6 guests.

It's the perfect place for families looking to enjoy a fantastic getaway, to relax and unwind, with loads of fun & resort style facilities in the plunge pool (& a fantastic kids cubby), where you experience the kind of luxury features & facilities you deserve.

Ideal for travelers wanting contemporary style accommodation with the privacy of your own holiday home. It really is a destination itself for everything you want & need in a great central location.

While you're our guests, we want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath mid-century modern house can sleep up to a maximum of 6 adult guests. We cater well for families with children, we can provide cots & high chairs, at no extra cost. There are 2 x Queen Beds + 2 x king-single beds).

Reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the whole house cool in summer & warm in winter.

The front yard is fully enclosed to give you a private space nestled around a lush gorgeous garden,. The plunge pool has its own separate glass fence, both front & rear outdoor areas are connected by decked paths. The very private high front garden gate even has a child lock so the kids can play happily and safely in the yard.

At this holiday oasis, you have a fully equipped HOUSE with a cool retro vibe + in a great central location, just about everything you'd like to see is a short drive away.

5 mins drive to fabulous shopping, 7km from Perth City & 10km Kings Park. The Swan River is nearby to just a 15 minute drive to where the beautiful SWAN VALLEY begins. Many of the same world class Margaret River wineries in the South West are ALSO in the Swan Valley, but so much closer than 6hr drive to Margaret River, Swan Valley is right on your doorstep in just 15 mins. There are also plenty of Cafes & many Alfresco dining Restaurants, cellar door wine tastings, 2 Chocolate Factories, art galleries plus loads of family friendly attractions nearby.

The salt water plunge pool stays warm with a solar pool blanket, extending the swimming season from around October to April.

Sitting in the Spa Seats in the Pool, you're surrounded by wall to wall green space in a beautiful garden. You can swim against the powerful swim jets in the pool for fitness or just for the kids to have fun to ride on with a small inflatable.

You can relax on the deck by the plunge pool with a chilled beverage with plenty for the kids to do while you get some well-earned relaxation.(but Strictly No Parties Policy)

We cater especially to families with children. It is fully equipped for everything you'll need, loads of lego, toys, games & children's books AND a fabulous penthouse cubby for the kids. We have 2 Cots with mattress 2 highchairs, toddler bed rails even a baby bath & baby bouncer. We are very much family-friendly.

Built in the 60's, its got a very cool funky retro vibe in the furnishings, with loads of character from the original features, architect designed, blended with that mid-century modern style, renovated inside & out with Blue Opal Black Granite in the fully equipped Chefs kitchen, marble vanity, frameless glass, rain shower, it's a destination itself if you like to relax in a private retreat, central to local attractions, shops & shopping, restaurants & coffee shops, Scenic local attractions within a short drive. If you are looking for a relaxing space as a base for your family holiday, its ideal and in a great central but quiet & peaceful location.Its a beautiful space, from the outdoor living rooms, to every room inside, the original artwork throughout to the luxury standards of the renovations.

Because we do have families from all over the world share the house and outdoor spaces, we cannot accept any party booking, and because we cater to a maximum of 6 guests - We have a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY.

We are serious about protecting our house (& our neighbours & for future guests), for families with children so they can play outside safely, so please no glass by the pool.

Any Party plans? Please book somewhere else where Party Bookings are accepted, we can recommend many alternatives.

Perfect Stay

We stayed in this property for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. The house is well designed, clean & new, fully equipped, it's truly a home to live in. The kids were thoroughly enjoyed the cubby at the back of the house, it's nicely built and safely within the house, kids spent lots of hours playing in it, besides the toys and story books in the house. It's a very suitable and nice property for a family and group to stay in.

Fantasic host, perfect location, amazing property

My first contact with Julie was warm and inviting and although extremely helpful and always available was also non-intrusive at all. The location of the house to shopping, restaurants and so many amenities was literary just around the corner. The house itself was totally amazing! it has everything and I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need to make your home away from home. The complementary hamper we received on arrival was such a thoughful and personal touch, along with heaters on prior to our arrival to provide a warm and inviting welcome. With a stocked pantry and every utensil you could need to cook up a storm in the recently renovated kitchen with all the mod cons. The house itself was immaculately clean, all furniture new and the beds so comfortable, fantastic rain shower head with plenty of water pressure. Sadly we missed out on splashing in the pool but was lovely to sit and relax on the outdoor decking after a long day of shopping and enjoying the sights. Would most certainly recommend to any and all looking for an amazing place to stay when all home comforts, privacy, location and relaxing are at the top of your agenda this place has it all. I will most definitely be staying here on my next visit to Perth. Huge thank you to Julie and Rick

Fabulous stay & highly recommend.

We feel very lucky that we are the 1st families to stay in after the new renovation. We love the house very much. My kids love the back yard cubby house & enjoying. My mum like the house very much, especially kitchen with complete equipment. And also a very warm welcome breakfast hamper with fresh fruits, eggs, bread, milk & mini cereals.

I shown few of the picture of the house & enviroment to my friends, they love it & want to stay in when they travel to Perth.

Good location by 15-20min between airport & CBD. 2min drive to Gelleria Shoping Mall which have Coles, Woolworths, Kmart, many of restaurant & cafe, and also a 24 hour Spudshed fresh food market.

Stellar Pre and Post Service, Excellent Property

This is a very well appointed property. The beds are good, the kitchen well supplied and there are storybooks, toys, videos, a cubby house to keep the kids happy even on a rainy day. The effort and pride of the owners is clearly evident in the property itself and in the resource file provided to help initiate and orientate guests. The property is also located in a peaceful and good spot with easy reach to malls and food places. We appreciated the effort made by the host during the stay and it added on to a solid memorable experience. Thank you Julie. We give this property two thumbs up.
