Located on the 2nd floor it offers a private balcony to take in the luscious tree canopies and the quiet streetscape below. Sit out with your coffee and paper and take it all in or make the most of the George Foreman Grill BBQ.

This enchanting gem in a highly sought after location which has everything you need for a family holiday or an Executive stay. Self-cater for yourself easily in the large kitchen with serving window and sit down to a meal in the dining room or head out to one of the many local restaurants and well-known bars such as the Auburn Hotel.

Secure off street parking and a parking permit is available upon request. The Ivy is close to public transport, a tram stop can be found within 160m, a 2 minute walk (Tooronga Rd/Riversdale Rd) and Auburn Train station is just a 1 km stroll.

Comfy couch, large Samsung LED TV with Bluetooth Pioneer sound system, Optus Fetch TV, iPod Dock with CD Player and radio, Free Wi-Fi, split system in the lounge room with heating and cooling and laundry with washing machine & dryer. A parking permit is available upon request.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

Good property

Overall the property was in an excellent location and good condition. The balcony view was lovely and private and facilities good. The only difficulty was with getting luggage up and down four lots of stairs.

Great property

We stayed at The Ivy on Munro for three nights. It is a large, spotlessly clean and very recently renovated modern apartment in a very nice and convenient location. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others and will look to book here next time we visit Melbourne.

A PERFECT ACCOMODATION !!
