Close to Sugarloaf Mountain, Carrabassett Ski Touring Center, Anti Gravity Complex and more. Within minutes, you can have your kids on skates, turbo tubing, or mom and dad can be enjoying a great dinner at Hugs Italian Restaurant. In the heart of it all, drive to Stratton and rent a snowmobile for the day, go ice fishing on Flagstaff Lake or put the skiis on and head to the 'Loaf for the day. Beat the on-mt. pricing and spend your week or weekend at the house that has it all. Four bedrooms, two baths, two living rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, full deck. It's a must see!
Located three miles South from bottom of Sugarloaf Access Road. Right onto Redington. Go up road for 1.5 miles into Redington East and take left at Pine Road for .3 miles. House is located on left - 2015 Pine Road
Our party of 8 stayed here for a weekend ski trip to Sugarloaf. The accommodations are very spacious with plenty of common space and 4 bedrooms. The cabin is located about 10 minutes drive away from Sugarloaf and is a great value compared to a ski-in/ski-out. The cabin is well insulated and heated, and despite subzero temperatures all weekend, we were very comfortable inside the home.
Our only minor complaint would be to have more lighting in the dining/living room area, but otherwise everything else was great!
Clean comfortable warm and roomy. Easily fits 3 couples with an extra bedroom downstairs. Wood stove was a great touch. Classic Maine cabin and only 10 min from the mountain. Valerie was great to work with - responsive and very helpful. Secluded location but just close enough to be convenient. Will definitely stay again !
Very nice secluded property that was well laid out and clean with space for the entire group. Hopefully, the owners add a hot tub and we will definitely be back. Thanks!
Cozy mountain cabin set off the beaten path, yet still conveniently positioned within 10-15m of Sugarloaf. Modest living room/TV, but 4BRs across 3 floors = tons of space and privacy, even for our group of 6 adults. Huge porch would be fantastic in warmer months for stargazing. Wish we had more time to enjoy, but skiing took up most of our time. Great place, would come back. Note: address on GPS shows up 3-4 houses earlier up hill than it should. Look for the house with the biggest porch!
You couldn't ask for a more perfect place to spend a ski vacation! It's 10 minutes to the base lodge, yet when you get home, you're in the middle of the woods, with a woodstove kicking off heat, and a beer in hand! Watch TV, listen to music, get the kids to bed on another floor, and relax. Great showshoeing trail right out the back door too. House is much bigger than the front picture looks and well insulated. Enjoy!
Great Redington home available for your get-a-way to the Loaf. Just three miles South of Sugarloaf Access Road and 1.2 miles off Rt. 27. Quiet setting in this four bedroom home with privacy. Close to Sugarloaf, Kingfield and Stratton.
